On google it says the place closes at 9 pm. On the door it says they close at 8pm. I showed up at 7:45pm and all the lights were... on and all the employees, at least 3, were in there making their own sandwich?s but they had locked the doors and refused tolook at me when I was trying to get in so I could bring my boyfriend dinner at his work. I get it was a little close but closinga business down 15 mins early when they could have had paying customers coming in is ridiculous. If your sign says closes at 8 Iexpect the doors to be unlocked until 8 pm. Not only is it bad business, you just missed out on paying customers. I will nevereven attempt to go the this place again. I love going to this Subway at least once per week. Eden is amazing! Great food and great service!
My spouse and I went during Pride weekend because we wanted something not super greasy. They were literally packed with... customers! I felt bad for the workers because people were getting hangry and snapping at them so I wanted to give them a hugeshout out. Not only were they trying to deal with keeping up with bread production they were also literally just dealing withperson after person non stop and still kept their customer service voices and manners complete in tact. I don't remember theirnames but I truly hope the 2 working know they did a bang up job and they deserve a raise because I would have probably walkedout with all the chaos and huge hangry mob waiting about. As much as I love Subway, this location in particular is extremely subpar. Ever since our normal location closed down, we have... ordered from here as our next closest location. We order at least once a week. I can count on one hand how many times my entireorder was actually correct. We usually do pickup as we are swinging by on the way somewhere or we talk our dog on a walk there,pick up, and head back. It's wrong nearly every time. I've even gone in and ordered there and they would have messed up had Inot corrected them. Unfortunately, it is the closest Subway to us now and we don't have much of a choice unless we drive.Otherwise, we would not order from this location again. Read more
The only reason I am giving 1 star is for Google's faulty information. The place closes at 8 PM everyday. I reached the place at... 8:05, assuming it would close at 9, but the door locks at 8. I edited the Google data, but Google rejected the idea saying thetime was verified by the owner. However, the paper label on the store door shows that the place is only open until 8 PM. The experience I had with the short lady named Eden was absolutely horrible, will be glad to never return to this location. They... also have not updated their hours to reflect their new hours that are posted to the door and I'm not sure if that's because theemployees just made up new hours. Read more
I ordered my sandwich threw doordash I paid for a footlong cold cut trio extra meat and wheat bread. They made my sandwich the... opposite of what I request, this is not the first time that this store has messed up my order and when you call they neveranswer. Read more
