Have been fighting with Subway going on 4 days now for my refund. I arrived and found the business closed an hour early and... never got my food or refund. Also worth mentioning that Google marked the business confirming the hours just a week ago, butwhen I spoke to the employee at Subway he said he's been closing early because of the neighborhood, doesn't that mean you'veadjusted the stores hours why would you purposely not reflect that?? Food is typically good even if the portions are a bit small but the hours listed are not accurate. Not sure how late they are... open but it's 8 o'clock and all the lights are off even though it's posted for 9 pm Read more
Ordered delivery from this store, site said it was delivered, never got it. Tried calling, phone rang for a good 3 minutes... before I decided to just hang up. Lost 23 bucks and didn't get my sandwiches. Read more

They need to have at least two people staffed or the one person staffed needs to go through sanitation modules. You shouldn?t be... putting my sandwich in the toaster touching the timer/ toaster bar and then touching the next customers food and then going backto touch the oven bar just to put your hands in the veggies with the same gloves I didn?t want the sandwich anymore after that.They need 3 people on the line bread & meat, veggies, then someone at the register just like the subway in Plymouth, MN Read more
The franchise owner obviously doesn't care about his store at all. They only had two cheese options (pepper jack or American),... no shredded parmesan or vinagrette, and no water cups. To top it all off, the "sandwich artist" that helped me wasapathetic-bordering on rude in answering my questions about what they did or didn't have. I don't normally review chains, butyikes. Avoid this Subway. The only reason it's two stars is because the food that they did have was actually pretty good. Read more
The worst subway store on earth, the employees come and open the store whenever they want and they close early. Store hours... operation says 9am-9pm but they employees open 11am and they close at 7pm and they have terrible customer service. I wish I cangive them a 0 instead of 1. They should change their store hours and their employees to give the customers a better experience. Read more
