Added dairy to my 3 burritos, removed others food items like frito chips and forgot my addictions like onions. So a waste of... time, money and my stomach health. Staff was short with me, they argued with me about the 2 dollar blackbean fiesta burrito notbeing a "value" burrito. I had to say the exact menu item and price with every single listen ingredient for them to understandme. In the end they forgot items, sauce and receipt. Read more
This taco bell always has issues. Most recently I came in to redeem a 20$ voucher they gave us from the previous time they... messed up our order. It took like literally 20 minutes to figure out how to redeem the voucher (you guys gave it out?). Then shejust comped our meal but made us pay for the drinks anyway.. Also our order was completed and just sitting behind the countergetting cold while they argued with the manager on how to redeem the voucher. I'm not returning, I've had enough. Read more
Same as all the bad reviews. Five cars order and get their food. Last car gets its food and leaves. I wait 3-4 minutes, say... hello to the intercom no answer. I wait another 2 minutes and pull up to the window thinking the intercom might be broken. Saidthey couldn't take my order and I had to go through the line again. Read more
I tried to use my Taco Bell app but of course it wouldn't work. When I went into the building, I showed the manager my app... wasn't working and he wouldn't honor my choices. He was very rude and not helpful at all. I was going to walk out withoutordering but my husband wanted Mexican food. I'm a regular customer there but I'm not sure if I'll be going back very soon. I travel to this location every so often the last 3 times I went in I found something wrong with my food. The second and third... time I ordered a $5 box with nacho fries and the second time I did not receive my sauce so I complained the next time I went inand all I got was apologies then when I ordered my food they gave me almost no cheese sauce. I went to the other one onUniversity and they feel that to the top and it was great. I would highly recommend going to the one with Holiday gas stationand Taco Bell if you ever want good service good food. Read more
There is hardly any beef on this chalupa supreme, I had to cook my own ground beef because there was literally nothing in these.... My cheese sauce was also filled 1/4. Horrible! Read more
