I usually don’t give bad ratings, but I feel this I need to write, I went yesterday around 10.45pm, after I waited for 5 mins... and no one attended me, so I went to one of the server to ask for help, she told wait for 10 mins I will attend you, well Ithought its ok. I waited for another 10 mins and she never showed up. finally I call another server and she came and rushed meto give order, else our kitchen will close and which was not true as I saw they served others even after 30 mins later I placedthe order. Still I rushed to give her order and waited for my food. And the surprise begins when she got me the food in aplastic carry box and asked to eat with that, so that she can save a plate. when I asked don’t you have plates to serve, shetold can’t you manage with this? Seriously, I am there for dine-in you served me with a carry box container. are you for realdude. she went back brought me a plate of course but, this was really ruined my whole night. I am giving 2 star for the food asthe salmon was good , although it lost its charm after it got two flips of containers after its prepared. anyways advice tomanagement, treat people with respect. Haven't been to Friday's since before the pandemic. Went with a friend for dinner and drinks. The first set of drinks, a Cape... Cod and Long Island Ice Tea were great. My friend ordered another Long Island Ice Tea and this one had foam on top and stayedthere the entire time. It didn't taste like the first one. He had to have it remade. It came out again with less foam butthese drinks should not have foam. We proceeded with ordering dinner. I was disappointed that they discontinued one of the mostpopular salads on the menu which was the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Salad. Who wants to order a simple salad like a ChickenCeasar Salad or a Cobb Salad. You can get those anywhere. I ended up getting the Sizzling Chicken & Cheese entree. When Ireceived it, the entee was not centered and was overcooked and not visually appealing. When the server came back and asked howthe meal was, I explained that the chicken was overcooked and dry. She asked if I wanted a new one, but I didn't want to wait.The presentation doesn't even look like how they present it online. My friend had the Chicken Parmesan Pasta. His was OK. Hehad this before at another location, but the pasta was overcooked and the sauce on the chicken was not fresh appearing andliked like it sat under the heat to long and looked dry. We ended up with my meal being comped which was nice, but theexpeditor and server should question any food or drink that doesn't look normal or presentable. Timing of service was good. Had multiple people checking on beverage refills. Quick to take our orders. Everything else was... horrendous. I told the server I’m a vegetarian and don’t eat meat. Shared a tortellini plate with Alfredo with the chickenon the side. Didn’t get any bits of chicken in the sauce til I packed it up. I realized then the Alfredo had bits of pieces ofchicken in. Literally you’re one job as a server know the menu and ingredients inside and out… Also, my friend said thechicken on the app plate was cooked too much and ended up being too hard to eat. Literally I have two jobs a full time day joband a serving job at a country club. Even though I’m there only one day a week I know the lunch and dinner menu inside and outand know the ingredients of the dishes and potential allergens and mods that might be needed for vegetarian, vegan, and/orgluten free. Never going back to a TGI Fridays again. Read more
Today I visited TGI Fridays. I put 1???? because the system doesn't allow to put 0???? or -. The atmosphere in general is pretty... good. But!..The Menu is not specified or just half. When I asked the server about the plate from pictures of their TGI site hesaid they have it, NOT saying this plate doesn't come with 2 pieces of chicken anymore but 1. I guess he simply didn't care orhe didn't know which is not professional at all. Read more
Take-out fries are always soggy. Please get different containers that don’t trap all the moisture? Disappointed with... take-out/curbside service the last 5 times we have ordered from here. VERY slow curbside service. Signage for take-out pick upis very confusing and no one wants to take a moment to stop and help. I have waited between 10-30 minutes every visit and ourfood has been COLD each time. Read more
Delicious !! Today's Whiskey Steak with mashed potatoes very tasty I had a house salad not the broccoli. Lol had to go to a... meeting otherwise the broccoli ???? is tasty. Fun drink menu but on the clock I had a coke. Awesome service the gal was on topof everything. Thank you for wonderful service. Read more
Was not busy at all. The bartender was our waiter. The drinks and appetizers were the best part of the meal. I wanted the... sizzling chicken and shrimp. Got the sizzling chicken which was 3 chicken breasts on top of peppers and cheese sauce. My husbandgot the fish and chips and his fish was so great that he went through a napkin per filet to get grease off. Probably won't go toone again Read more
I ordered salmon, shrimp and coleslaw. They served me salmon, shrimp and rice. However, the Waitress compensated me with free... dessert. Excellent recovery. Excellent service. I will return and highly recommend ???? Read more
