The prices here have skyrocketed, and they have actually shrunk the portions! I ordered a chicken bacon cheese sandwich on a bun... with fries, and 1 small beer. Not only was the chicken REALLY SMALL, but it didn't fit on the bun and 1 side was SO thin it wentfrom 1/2 inch wide to zero in about in inches! So when I cut my sandwich in half, I ate mostly bun! The bacon was good, andthere was plenty of avocado, but the fries were a normal to small size portion for $15! My beer was small and about $6. Theranch dressing was so thin it was like white water and did not stay on the sandwich. I spoke to the manager and he had attitudeissues, acted very unprofessional and instead of de-escalating the situation, he became accusatory and I left, and said I wouldnever be back. I even deleted the app off my phone. Didn't feel good when I got home, a bit of nausea! Don't recommend! Read more

If there was an option for 0 stars I would’ve done it. I had a group of 5, we got there at 6pm we left at 8pm. We ordered 30... minutes into siting at the table without any drinks. We got our food 5 minutes before 8pm. In perspective we sat for 1 hour and50 minutes. The food was subpar, I can’t speak for the others as my food was cold. I was offered 15% off. 15%!?! That is anabsolute kick in the teeth. We sat next to countless family’s coming and going, DoorDash in and out of the restaurant andstill a long wait. I used to think of this restaurant as a place I would go ever 6 months. TGI Fridays will NOT be getting mybusiness. Do not eat at this disgusting location. We ordered food on Postmates from this location when our food arrived. Not only did our... chicken have hair in it but also our salad. I called and spoke to the rude manager on duty. Josh, who had the audacity to say "what do you want us to do about it ". I said excuse me. Can you say that again? He repeats, well what do you want me to doabout it? Do you want another one? My response was you can't possibly be the manager on duty being this rude to a customer whohas experienced terrible service from ordering food at your restaurant. He hangs up.Josh, has terrible customer service, themarion which he handles situations where his kitchen clearly messed up in order is absolutely a reflection of the type of staffthat they have working there. It starts with management. So, with that being said I will never patronize this location let aloneorder something on-line. As far as josh, he should be fired instantly just for the poor manner in which he handled our issue,how he spoke to us then he hangs up. I highly do not recommend this location. The service is poor on top of whoever's in thekitchen making the food without wearing a hair net I should re go through training of cleanliness in the kitchen and how toproperly subdue your hair when making others food.
