Little bit of a way to be seated but they handled us quickly and professionally. My counter seat was just what I wanted even... without asking. Food was hot and good. The egg on my burger was cooked perfectly with maximum yoke and no white slime. Bartenderand waiter both provided great service. Coffee was strong. I’ll be back Read more

I was at a convention today. 3 of us walked to the restaurant from the convention center. We were forced to pay some large group... tip 18.5 percent I think it was. Not really a problem as I would have tipped more than that anyways. I asked why we had thistip amount and my server said because I was in a group if 6 or more. I explained we are only 3. She then informed me that mytable was being included with another table from the same event. Huh? I did not have the energy for the argument and proceededto tip her the required amount which was definitely less than she would have received. The food however was good! Read more

I came here MULTIPLE times during Anime Detour weekend this year. It was my first time coming to the diner after many... recommendations from friends. Staff kept up so damn well with the insane crowds; I'm absolutely amazed! Had a different servereach time and each of them were friendly and upbeat (if I could remember their names, I'd totally drop them here because theyall deserve a raise!). It's a great place that's open all night, which is perfect for someone like myself that stays up insanelylate and I was concerned about having food to take with my meds. The prices are reasonable and the portions are HUGE! Thepoutine was my favorite dish, with the fruity cheesecake shake as my favorite dessert. My ONLY complaint was not getting my hashbrowns the way I'd asked, but the crispy bacon totally made up for it ???? Thank you all for this awesome, little place ?? Read more

Friendly and attentive staff. Basic yet tasty diner food fare plus a large libations menu. I had the Protein Omelet with hash... browns. It was satisfying. There some construction activity in the restaurant at the time of my visit. The music was nice andloud to cover most of the construction noise. This place will be a 5/5 Stars once the construction is completed. Read more

After a packed night of activities we came across this restaurant. It was late and this was one of the few restaurants open... during the twilight hours. Food was delicious after not eating anything nearly the whole day. Portions were above averageconsidering the price it was an ok deal. Service was good maybe a bit slow but considering it was late at night we wouldn’tput that on them. Surprisingly though, this restaurant got busy even in the late hours. A typical diner where it seems you’llalways find good food. Read more

Quirky, fun, old-school spot in downtown Minneapolis - great spot to grab a late-night bite. Spent 3 nights in Minneapolis,... wound up in here on 2 of them. Awesome food (especially breakfast menu) and shakes and poutine are not to be missed. Read more
