My wife scheduled a private tour with Dave for a birthday gift. Such a fun surprise. Dave is so knowledgeable and very patient... with our questions about coffee, blends, etc. it was great to hear that Up Coffee Roasters only buys organic coffee beans andhas great relationships with many of the farms that source their beans. The cafe was busy and the food and coffee was greatafter our tour. Thanks again for the education. Be back soon. Read more

hands down best cold brew in town brewed with their signature Matador Roast. Definitely come here for the hot and cold brews.... The flavor freshness and strength are all on point. If you drink coffee like I do they sell all their beans in 1 pound and 5 lbspound bags!! I go for the 5?er! Read more

A cool coffee shop hiding with hand crafted drinks and coffee drinks. I ordered the Mariachi with coconut milk, but I was not... tasting Mexican hot chocolate as it tasted more of a standard latte. The coffee could have been sweeter as it was lacking. I'dgive it another try. Read more

First time - tried a spinach/feta pastry (amazing!) and the Mariachi (a take on a Mexican mocha, love the hint of spice). The... cafe is clean and spacious with lots of open space, could accommodate wheelchairs easily. Roastery is open to view from thecafe if you are curious about that stuff! Read more
