The burgers were good as expected and the fries were hot and fresh. The lady at the window was very kind and gave us our food at... the pay window instead of the front window as the car ahead of us ordered a lot of food. Read more
The food was delicious, hot and fresh but we waited for about 10-15 min just to put our order in, because they allow people to... walk up to their drive thru windows. Then we waited another 10 min for our order. Staff was friendly though and they got ourorder correct. I was disappointed that they said they didn't have any of their smoothies available, they looked really good andI wanted something fruity. Maybe you should advertise that you stop serving them at a certain time for cleaning or something, soyour customers aren't disappointed everytime they order them at night. Read more
Don't waste your time or money at this location. Drive thru is extremely slow, over 25 minutes sitting in the line, and then was... handed someone else's order. Drove back to try and get it fixed, waited again, and ONCE AGAIN was given an incorrect order (andno receipt, so no way for me to try and get a refund). You can have a way less frustrating time trying to get fast food anywhereelse. Read more
This is a decent location and nice that it is open late, but not my favorite location in the area. Disappointing that the menu... says they serve breakfast all day, yet they don’t. Other 24hr locations do. :( Drive Thru isn’t that efficient at night. Onthe positive side the food was pretty good. Fries excellent, chicken sliders very good, double sliders tasted like the grillneeded to be cleaned. Better than some not as good as most WC locations. Read more
Out of all White Castle restaurants this location is the best. I taste big difference. I had it quite a few times about 2-3... years ago and now I was passing by and stopped here to eat. As it was before now it's still the best out of many I've been at.Thank you. Read more
Brand new (less than 2 weeks old) White Castle. Great open and airy floor plan with excellent amenities. Service was fast &... friendly. As always, nothing beats a slider when you really need it! Read more
I like White Castle, but ever since they tore down the old one and built the new one, this location ruins the experience. The... French fries tasted like fish and I almost gagged on one of the burgers (something was in it). The other White Castle’s arebetter. Oh well Minneapolis has been going down the tubes for years. The hipsters can have Mpls., because we all left a longtime ago. Read more
