Haven't been to this restaurant since ownership has changed hands. I'm happy to say the food and service are still great!

It's a cute little cabin with a nice environment. Food is absolutely delicious. I had a chicken burger and I loved it. I'm... giving 4 stars only because I waited almost an hour to receive my food but I totally recommend this place. Poutine is a littledifferent than usual but tastes very good. Food was good to very good. Restaurant clean. Understaffed and inexperienced causing for long waits for of up to 60 minutes.... This will definitely affect repeat customers, myself included. The annual rockfest weekend should be a perfect chance for localbusinesses to service an unusually large customer base. Being prepared is very important. Stewart. Read more

Took well over an hour to get bacon and eggs. The shredded hasbrowns were more like mashed potatoes. Not crispy at all. Coffee... was bad. And only one teenaged waitress for the busiest weekend of the year. Management needs to step up. Read more

Been here multiple times. Every time we stop in we have had great attentive customer focused service. The food is VERY good and... home made. The prices are also quite reasonable. Make this a stop when travelling the 16 past Minnedosa. Read more

This was the first time visiting this restaurant for us... we have heard good and bad reports from various people...so we had to... see for ourselves. There were 3 other occupied tables when we came in...sat ourselves and was tended to quickly..but it sort ofwent downhill from there. Husband had coffee that wasn't hot and he asked for creamer which he never got ... He had bacon andeggs ...which he said was ok . I had an 3 egg omelet which was good (usually 3 egg is too much for me)...husband ate therest. Service wasn't the greatest. Read more
