I will never eat at this Taco bell again. After 30 minutes waiting in the lobby for food along with 6 other people,we asked for... our money back. The young Hispanic lady behind the counter was extremely rude, unapologetic for the delay. Then she wouldn'trefund me the entire amount I paid. I showed her on phone app how much my meal was. Her response was "I'll call the police".This location needs a manager and some staff training. Myself, family or friends will not be at this location again. Ever. Read more
I went to the drive through and as the girl opened the window to swipe my credit card, I heard the kitchen staff screaming and... arguing with each other. I was then handed a bag of food, which turned out to be completely the wrong order. I went inside andtold the staff about my issue then they said they would bring my receipt to the back and have it worked on. I proceeded to watchthe girl complete several other tasks before brining my order back to kitchen staff. Meanwhile the girl in the back is stillscreaming at someone while the wait in the lobby and drive through is growing rapidly. I waited 20 minutes for my food to beready and none of the workers even had the audacity to apologize for the inconvenience. This is my 2nd bad experience at thisTaco Bell and will not be returning. Like ever fast food restaurant they were understaffed but doing the best they could. Taco Bell needs to fix app to show wait... time instead of saying food is ready when it hadn't been started. Other customers were very upset. Read more
This location has the worst workers. They are slow and inconsiderate of their customers. I was waiting for 20 mins when I asked... about my food. The workers proceeded to yell and argue in front of everyone. One even walked out repeating that she quit, notprofessional at all. Then made me wait another 15 mins along with 4 other customers who were all complaining about the samething. I then asked If I could come back later because I did not have time to wait anymore. I called 5 times for two consecutivedays to get a refund or some sort of credit and have yet to have someone pick up the phone. Read more
Just had a horrible experience with Risa. She yelled at me through the window and was rude while we sorted out the refund for my... coffee when their machine was broken. I calmly tried to resolve the dispute but her attitude was very poor. When I asked for hername, she yelled at me through through the window "this complaint for me I don't care!" Management needs to fire her as she haspoor customer service skills and was highly disorganized as we tried to resolve my order. I want to add that I normally have agreat experience here and all the other staff are friendly and helpful. Risa single handedly ruined my experience and activelyspoke over other staff who were doing a great job helping me. She actively undermined her team. Read more

They always have great staff that are friendly and want to help. However, ALWAYS check to make sure you got the right order when... they give you your food. The past 2 times they've given me the wrong order or missing half of my order. Even though they alwaysmade it right afterwards! Read more
Let?s just start off saying that nobody uses these reviews to make decisions on fast food places. Anyways, this Taco Bell is the... least consistent I have ever seen in my life. Anytime you go and order here you are guaranteed to have at least one thing wrongin your order when you get it. Also, some of the female drive through order takers are incredibly rude. Especially the Hispanicpeople. Just straight up rude. Not very good customer service. I keep trying to give this place more chances, but I?d ratherdrive to the one next to cvs 2 miles further from me to get good service and food. Read more
