LOVE this place! Always have, always will. Hands down the best bagels/bagel sandwiches ever! The Chanhassen/Eden Prairie... location is my favorite. Like the others, same insight. Owner needs a major attitude reset. Buddy, you?re just making bagel sanni?s? smile for paying... customers once and a while. Guy and his wife should show a tad of gratitude, we as customers kept him alive throughoutCovid. Otherwise it?s great, they make you everything like their corporate handout menu shows them to do :) Will be back tosupport them just hope he and his wife can show some smiles and thanks a bit more. The Friday morning crew is the best! I always order the same plain bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese and a large iced coffee.... They always remember and are always so kind and warm. Feel like I?ve found some morning friends after my morning workouts!Thanks you two! Read more
These people in this location are miserable, I asked to for a simple bagel they answered with an attitude. Which maybe there not... having the greatest day I get it but to stand there and just look at me with a rude disgusting face. I?m not having it. That?srude and disrespectful. I would rate this place ZERO star.Lady with a bun hair do was very mean , rude!!! I Would like to buy large box bagel as stated... in their website but she said that they are not carrying large box, instead she put all my 24 bagels to paper bag. Never saidthank you to customer. $1.30 for a bagel. And $3+ for cream cheese and THIS is all you give us?!? Stay clear of this bruegger?s. Go to the one in... Wayzata or Eden Prairie to get your moneys worth. I ordered a sriracha sunrise on an everything bagel. It barely had any cream cheese and that wasn?t even the worst part. The... egg in my bagel was disgusting. It was slimy and green and looked like it was moldy or something. Not to mention every availabletable was dirty and the bathroom looked liked it hadn?t been swept in over a month.
