I have been buying in Chipotle for a decade. Today I had an experience which make me think not to go to Chipotle. A lady over... here don?t want to give rice in the kids meal compartment instead of tortilla or quesadilla. She had even thrown the rice otherperson packed in thrash. I can't do any #Chipotleschicken anymore ???? it's so gross. Tastes good but are they using the whole chicken? They can't be... bothered to trim it? No cheese so they said I could have queso instead then they charged me for the queso. They would not take it off. I should have... just left. Edit. I think many 1 stars reviews (more than rating 5) are here just because when everything is great, people don't bother themselves... writing reviews. Reading it, you see that it's particular place who didn't cook properly or didn't offer it properly or haddirty place. But if to think about experience in general, it's the best fast food, by quality and taste. I love bowl, my sonlikes burritos - both are huge and one portion is enough to make even a big man not hungry. We buy it in Mississauga, Canada,always well cooked, I like the choice and mainly - the policy of the company with requirements to the products. Why usually Istay away from any fast food - because of unhealthy food there in general. Dirty and badly cooked - is a local problem, dopeople complain in "reviews"... I'd like to see reviews in general when I look for them. In Chipotle we have healthy food (bypolicy), normally freshly cooked and you can choose what exactly you put inside. The price near $10 or so gives you a bigportion, tasty meal. I wish I'd see this kitchen everywhere in Canada like McDonald's, Tim Hortons and Subway. Read more
