This place is horrible. I enjoy Chipotle and have given them many chances. Each time I go to this location there is outrageous... rule discouraging me from spending my money here. One day it is only online orders, then it is only in-store orders. Other timesit is cash only, and the next day different. The staff could care less, and expect that we as consumers should understand andbend to their ever changing rules. Like I said, my experiences are not isolated to one visit. This went on all through the lockdowns and continues when there is literally no excuse. This location is in need of new ownership. Spend the extra 10 minutesand go to another near by location. I don't know who owns this franchise, but they should be embarrassed! Ordered cheese quesedillas for our kids thru the app.... Picked them up and brought them home to find they had no cheese. No cheese on cheese quesedillas (so was just a blank tortilla!)Kids are NOT happy. I went all the way back and, get this, they were too busy to shred more cheese, so served without it. Therewere other things wrong (wrong meat, bad guac, soft shell tacos, vs. hard, etc,) which i ignored because at least we could eatit, but I asked for a refund bc you can't eat blank tortillas as a meal. She said, "there's the door. call 1800 Chipotle."Literally. It was so ridiculous i couldnt even be mad. I mean, at least tell me when I'm picking up cheese quesedillas you haveNO cheese. AND we can't even get a refund. I'm super busy, and a small business owner myself, and I never ever leave reviews,but this was unreal. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. Three times now I?ve been given baby-sized burritos from this specific Chipotle. I... walked back in today and asked if they could remake it and was told they could, but it?d be the same because ?that?s just how itwas rolled lol.? There?s no way a full scoop of rice, a full scoop of chicken, a full scoop of corn, a fist of cheese and a fistof lettuce fits into a tape measure or computer mouse-sized burrito. Read more
Avoid at all costs. Try a family owned taqueria just a mile up the road. In 3 years, I've received the vinaigrette one time and... almost never get what we order correctly. They simply don't have a clue how to serve people here. They are randomly out of foodor won't make new within an hour of closing. The dining area is a wreck as is the kitchen where they make the food. Nearbyalternatives are so much better. Read more

I really don?t like to leave bad reviews, and before I say anything negative, I did think the staff were very nice. However, my... order was lost when I went to pick it up and I waited 15 minutes extra for it. This alone was okay. However, when I got home,they had given me carnitas rather than fajitas (luckily I?m not vegan) and completely left out beans (which I ordered extra) andadded the wrong salsa. Read more
We web ordered and picked up. The employee was rude when asked a standard question about adding an item to our order. When we... got home, not only were we missing two entrees out of six but two entrees that we DID receive intended for children had thespicy salsa on them (not ordered by us) and most looked like the below photo. I tried calling three separate times hoping to beable to pick up the missing entrees and all three times I was disconnected before speaking with anyone. Not sure what is going on with this Chipotle. It is right by my house and used to be awesome. I haven't been able to walk in and... order her since early 2020. Every time I go here the rules are somewhat different than the day before. Today google says you areopen but chipotle website has a bunch of zzz's next to your location and says online ordering not available. Also the last timeI managed to get food from here it said 30 minutes online so I showed up in 30 and waited 45 + minutes for my food when Iarrived. Extremely horrible service. Hope y'all get it fixed because I used to love Chipotle, and miss it! Used to eat it 4,5times per week. Now I try once every month or two and most the time get reminded due to service why I haven't been recently. Read more
