Ordered one pizza and breadsticks via the dominos app. The tracker was sitting at ?Samir is prepping your order? for over an... hour. Now it?s been sitting at ?Quality Check? for over 30 mins. Tried calling the store and they don?t answer the phone. Update- pizza was finally delivered and it has completely wrong toppings. Tried calling the store several more times with no answer. Read more
I just ordered from there fast friendly service. Like the new atmosphere in there. Looks like you got your stuff together... finally. Stopped ordering last year. Figured easy dinner tonight try it. Been seeing new reviews and sounds like some newimprovements. Love it ???? ???? ? Read more
These poor workers were working so hard to get the pizzas done and out to the customers. All of their delivery drivers had quit,... they had some other issues too, and they all looked so stressed but they still managed to get my pizza done and in my hands hotand delicious! Really appreciate the work they?re doing, especially with how hard it is to get workers. Read more
Pizza was fine for the kids service was terrible. Ordered curb side via the app. Informed that pizza would be ready between 5:26... and 5:36. At 5:06 app informed me the pizza was being made. Arrived at 5:30 and sat outside for 5 minutes... App still saidpizza was being made. Went inside and was told they are making 30 pizzas for a timed order. Took another 20 minutes for mypizza. App needs to be updated with correct information. Read more
This location has good food, but the wait can be annoying. I waited 45 minutes for one pizza and a sprite (FOR PICK UP) outside... the store. The tracker also barely worked and skipped from ?prepping order? to ?quality check,? so I was surprised and not readywhen my pizza was ready for me. Make sure you check your order to make sure it's correct. My wife and I, numerous times have had something totally wrong on our... orders for quite a while. We're no longer patrons here. They don't like to take responsibility for their mess ups. We nowregularly go to/use Gina Maria's Pizza in minnetonka. Read more
I order lunch for myself and my nieces and nephews and they NEVER fulfill the order correctly. The pizza is never square cut and... with children eating the pizza how can I feed them and myself if there are only 6-9 pieces depending on how sloppy of a job theydo cutting the pizza. It?s a shame. They never answer the phone. And the ?manager? is never willing to resolve the issue. It?svery disheartening. If you can help it pick up your order. This was absolutely the worst service I've had dealing with this Domino's. Some nights that deliver driver is very nice and the... food is very hot and the drinks are very cold. But in this specific situation the order was about an hour late to my home thefood was absolutely terrible and even the pizza boxes were destroyed. No one should put a Sprite bottle in with the samedelivery bag as pizzas and a specialty chicken which was also baked and very dry and cheese inedible. One pizza was for thekids which as you see is half gone because they needed to eat something and the other Pizza was a personal Pizza with one slicegone but no toppings in the cheese was smashed into the top. Again this is very bad customer service and at this point I don'tthink anyone should eat at this location unless it's carry out so you see what you are getting. Read more
