Usually a good store and friendly staff but knocking off couple of stars due to today?s experience. They charged $1 towards... Ukraine donation without my consent when I made the payment inside the store. I noticed this in the terminal, when ?Ukrainedonation? briefly popped up. When I asked the cashier, the guy said it just shows up but won?t be charged. When I asked forreceipt, I noticed the charge. I asked him to refund, never got a receipt for that even though he said it was done. I am notsure if this charge really goes to Ukraine donation, but I would advise anyone watch out your bill. Not sure how many botheredto check their bill and went unnoticed. Read more
Kevin and the rest of the staff are the best. I probably see Kevin every day. Friendly, accommodating, and patient with the... ?more difficult customers? (myself a spectator). This is a 24 hours location . Literally came here to get some food and gas, The employees sat at the register with this sign in... the door looking stupid . Very unprofessional. No work ethic clearly wanted to play around at work due to their late shift . Read more
Place has gone downhill quicker than a kid goes down a sledding hill. Former assistant manager of this location, left mid 2020... and I've only been in a handful of times since. I try to avoid but sometimes don't have any other option. Poorly stocked, dirty,employees are a hit or miss on friendliness and work ethic and the final straw for me is tonight when I drove here to get somemilk. According to Google and previous interactions I've had with locals and an employee of this store, it's supposed to be open24 hours. I get to the door and there is a sign saying it's closed until 6 AM. When the pandemic started and while I was stillemployed there, we went from being a 24 hour store to an 18 hour store between 6 AM and 12 AM. Fairly recently it was to myunderstanding they were finally going back to 24 hours. Employee was very rude to my friend and I. We were standing in line when he came up behind us. He said ?behind behind? but we... didn?t hear him the first time so when we moved he mumbled under his breath ?god dammit? and shook his head while pushing usaside. Day after day year after year I've been coming to this specific holiday because it is convenient. Honestly that's the only... reason I come here. Although there are some friendly employees here it is not an inviting environment. The merchandise ispoorly labeled and you have to always ask or guess what the price is, and God forbid if you have a coupon for gas they will giveyou attitude. Honestly I dont understand that one because the company is the once giving out coupons for gas and it doesntaffect you what so ever. If you just dont like your job then find a new one that you do like. Many things could be a lotbetter about this location. Read more
