Google & the JJ app both say they?re open til 8pm. therefore, the app let me submit an order & use an earned reward for my... order. I get there, & they opened the door for me, but they couldn?t find my order. they then said I ordered too late becausethey now close at 3pm. I can?t find anywhere on the app to contact JJ to make sure I can get my reward back, & all of their infois incorrect as far as when they?re open until. please update these things so more people don?t have errant transactions gothrough when you?re not actually going to honor them. What a joke.... I realize that everyone is short staffed right now but that doesn't mean you get to treat your customers like... s**t. For the second time in a week from call to delivery it was over an hour. Today's was almost 2 hours and then one of thesandwiches was left out of the order. When we tried to call them (like 10 times) nobody answered the phone. Finally one of myemployees got into her car and drove over to get her part of the order rather than wait another two hours. When she arrived shewas greeted with open hostility, excuses and above all was mocked by one of the nice little boys that work there. I order about once a week and it almost always takes 1-1.5 hours to receive my food, and sometimes even more. Ordering during... non-lunch hours doesn't improve delivery times. Sandwiches are good, but you have to be careful with sauces or you'll get asoggy sandwich. Read more
I order from here for my company every month. They are no longer "Freaky Fast". We order food for demo's and today the order is... now 45 minutes late. I called the store and the guy on the phone said "Sorry its leaving here in 5-10 minutes"; this would putthe food at an hour late. Why would you not alert your customers? I purposely ordered the food for an hour earlier than the Demosimply because they never get here on time. This specific location needs to hire more drivers or figure out a better system. 2sandwiches should not take an hour. Most likely will be finding a different option to deliver food for our company demo's. Ifthis were a personal order, I would not be as upset.
