I gave it a 2 because the deli has great service. On one occasion I was in there about 40 minutes before the butcher closed, I... asked for a steak and some crab. Since he had to get the crab out of the freezer he was not friendly. Today, the bagging kiddecided to fit everything in a paper bag when I asked for plastic. Put the chicken at the bottom of the bag unwrapped in anotherbag. I got home and realized the chicken was smashed in the bottom along with my bakery bread loaf? smashed? called and themanager didn?t seem to care much about mishandling food that could get people very sick. Nice store, friendly checkout, salad bar always looks great. Last few times I've stopped in around 5pm-ish to pick up an 8pice... chicken, zero available and ovens are shut down. None coming out. Wasn't a problem in the recent past at all. Both the delimeats and butcher area are pretty sad. Especially compared to other LBs in the area. A few times now I've had employees try tosend me across the store to pick up pre-bagged versions of what is RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. Too lazy to do their jobs. It's notjust a display case. Also, today the urinal wouldn't flush and the smell of urine in the men's room was ridiculously strong.Please get it together Tonka LB. Read more
Best place to shop around. They bag your groceries so carefully...and take them to your car. Makes shopping less stressful!
This is a smaller store so you don't have the large dessert counter or deli like you do in the other stores. It is clean and... well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce section has the best selection and the produce just seems morevibrant than in other stores. This store is a bit out of my price range so I don't shop here very often but every time I do itis a great experience. Read more

A wide variety of everything! I love their tea, jam, cheese, and fresh produce selections! The bakery has unique and delicious... treats. If you are looking for a healthy lunch, their delicious has a salad bar, Asian food, and cold pasta/veggie dishes. Read more
Frank in the produce department is amazing. I was looking holiday pears, which no one locally is carrying this year, but he... found me a similar option, then he called to a location that was closer to have them order some for me so I could pick them uptoday (I was needing cases of them). He was charming, helpful, and fast. So grateful and I hope the management knows what gemthey have. Once again Lunds & Byerlys have exceeded my expectations with their can do attitude, amazing staff, and fair prices. Thank you! Read more
