This is a busy restaurant but they keep the place clean including the toilet. Service is good too regardless dining in or... drive-thru. Most of the time I ordered from the app which makes everything convenient no having staff members taking your order.Service is fairly prompt even on a busy lunch break. Read more
This by far is the best McDonald?s I have been to in Minnesota!!!!No joke! Ordered fries they came out very hot, got a double... cheeseburger plain that ended up being correct and another double cheeseburger with no pickles and it absolutely came with nopickle. Shameful customer service at the drive up this evening. I merely wanted to change a double cheeseburger to a double cheeseburger... meal and the drive through order person honestly screamed at me for changing my mind. My wife and I looked at each other indisbelief. So.. We just left the window and drove to the grocery store. Made delicious chicken soup. Much healthier and.. reallygreat customer service at the grocery store. This McDonalds was already on the fence with our family. Sometimes they are great,sometimes they forget a ton of things.. Sometimes they aren't in a good mood. This woman, however, is on a league of her own forhorrible customer service. She just lost profit on an order for a family of 4 hungry individuals who splurge when we do treatourselves to a bit of the naughty McD. I think this is a sign of the times lately. Literally had to go to the bathroom so bad, the restaurant was open for another 10 minutes and they did not let me relieve... myself. I felt so horrible and in pain. We have not been to this location in a long time. Excellent service, food was hot and had flavor all items were showing on the... screens. This location takes both cash and card unlike some other locations now saying cash only. This location is awesome. You can tell they have a great manager just by looking around and the happy team they have as well. Read more
Fast drive through even though extremely busy. Order was correct, and the food was HOT; which is a nice change as from other... places. Also the serving size was generous, even on the $1menu. Kudos to this McDonald's location. Read more
Even though, I don't eat McDonald's due to my allergies that often. This is the cleanest, kindest place I have been too! Every... person there is so friendly and sweet! In particular someone named Wayne he has such a way with customer service and how hespeaks to others, it really doesn't feel like your talking to someone to take your order; it is more like your talking to afriend! Wonderful props to you, Wayne. I really also enjoy the music they play here very nice! IF you want great service andclean place smiling faces this it !!!
