Worst perkins experience I?ve had. Terrible experience. Didn?t get any orders right. Waitress was slow and didn?t refill our... drinks or anything. Wasn?t even busy at the time but they had a full lobby and were yelling at each other and telling everyoneto hold on. My two children and grandmother was just here and seated for 20 minutes all the servers looked at us as they served others, ... wiped tables down and not one asked if we were helped, not one gave us water or even offered.They helped EVERY white personbefore us that came in after us. By far the worst Perkins I?ve ever been to. I ordered via phone for pickup. My order was not complete and literally thrown into... a bag so the food was all smashed together! I called to let them know how disappointed I was and the ?know it all? night managerplaced the blame all on me. She hounded me. Seriously! She was rude and condescending. Well, it's gone both ways at this restaurant. Had hair in my breakfast one morning and couldn't eat after that and they still... charged me for the meal. Have gone in a few times since and have had good experiences with no hair besides mine involved. Here'shoping it stays that way! Oh yeah, if someone has that happen in your restaurant, don't charge them for the meal. That'sdisgusting. Read more
VERY disappointed. After asking for bacon to be cooked well done Twice we still ended up with undercook/ raw bacon. Disgusting.... This was our FIRST & LAST time visiting this place.
