I get that some customers are jerks. But maybe treat the customers with a bit of respect and turn off the attitude when the... customer is just asking a question or trying to get their order. Don?t bother with the ?give us another try? and CHANGE YOURATTITUDE! Customers: The homemade printed signs should be your first and only alert to turn on around and go somewhere else. Read more

I used to come to this location plenty before I found out that potbelly is way better, and all I can say is that I didn?t like... it. The sandwich was always a ton of bread with barely any toppings while the prices reflected a real sandwich. Who is paying$10+ for a foot long bread loaf and 3 pieces of ham? I just can?t believe this place is still in business, and I think peopleshould stay away. I recommend if you enjoy a topping-less, over priced loaf of bread. Edit in response to the Owner?s response:No. I wouldn?t waste my money at your subway if It was the only place left. I wouldn?t eat there if I was starving. Read more

This subway was a nice place 10 years ago, however, it seems like the owners? control issues have driven every one of their... abused employees away. The man is always cranky and the woman doesn?t change gloves after touching handles and other food. Theyhave printed signs up everywhere saying ?NO COUPONS!!!? Or ?NO PHOTO OR VIDEO!!? (I think because of the amount of bad reviewson here.) Are these people okay??? Their responses on this website are pretty unhinged too. It?s too bad, I actually likesubway?s food. The location on Dell road is much better even though they own it as well because of the lovely employee who worksthere every day. Read more

I haven't been here for a long time as I usually eat fast food burgers so the young worker in the store carefully answered my... questions about the menu. As I checked out, the manager also said hello and we had a bit of conversation. The food was great, soI will be back more often. Read more

placed an online order for pick up and it said the restaurant was 18 minutes away even though it said only 2.4 miles away so I... tried to call 3 times to make sure I hadn't accidentally picked the wrong location for pickup. when I came in and let him know Iwas there for my online order jay the owner says he doesn't accept online coupons for subway (it was for a free 6 inch and Iordered 51 dollars worth of food) and he voided my order letting me drive all the way there just to find out I didn't have foodeven though my card was charged. most disrespectful business owner i have ever came across. he does not deserve to representsubway as a chain franchise owner. the other people who where in the store said he's a d#ck and they are never going to returneither. Today I saw two people working very hard to serve the incredibly large demand during the lunch rush. All the haters need a... little bit of patients and empathy. The world has changed and you have no idea what those two are going through. Despite thewait being longer than normal my sandwich was made to perfection and handed to me with a smile. Keep your head up as this tooshall pass. People need to understand that this is Subway and things happen. This isn't a $100 a plate steakhouse. Theyhandled a challenging situation with kindness and grace, what more could you ask for? It was clear they were doing everythingthey could to serve the customers, bravo! Read more

disgusting place, the man in the mustache very rude and unprofessional!! AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COST. very unpleasant... employees and seen the women sneeze all over the window and still make sandwiches just gross. If I could give it a 0 Iwould. *edited* P.s. since I can?t reply to your comment below, but ITS NOT A LIE AND TRUE. You should be shamed of yourself. You?re miserable and old, and don?t have any professionalism. You?re rude and mean, & you know it I feel bad for you. Just sellthe place already ???? maybe someone else can run the place with better customer service and people skills! Read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, which is the worst Subway I?ve ever been to. You shouldn?t have to leave a fast food... place feeling stressed, angry and anxious just from ordering a sandwich. The two employees (presumably the owner, dark hair andmustache, and a woman with long dark hair and thick accent) were not masked. Every customer ahead of me was masked and everycustomer was yelled at to speak louder, even though everyone in the place could clearly hear their order. It felt to me like theemployees were making a point of some kind? The two employees acted as if the customers were inconveniencing them and wereannoyed we were there. No smile, no greeting. I let the woman know that my son has an egg allergy and could she please becareful not to get any mayonnaise on his sandwich (we eat at subways all the time and every other subway has been very goodabout changing their gloves and taking this allergy seriously.) To her credit, she did put on a new pair of gloves, but as shewas doing this she said something to me about ?if anything happens it?s on you.? I wasn?t sure I heard her right because of heraccent so I asked her to repeat herself. She again said ?we are not responsible if anything happens and that?s on you.? If shehadn?t already started making the sandwiches I would have walked out. I regret not doing it. We?ll avoid this place in thefuture and if you have any special requests or allergies, you should too. Read more
