I came through for dinner ordered ad few items, when I got home I discovered one item was made incorrectly. I called in and was... told they dont send out replacement vouchers or coupons, but the girl who I spoke with said she would try to remember, but I hadto come In the next day. That was inconvenient for me as I dont eat taco bell every day, that I didnt care for plus I feelnobody will remember. I'll try on my next visit, amd we'll see how it goes. Ryan Read more
Been going here for two decades since I was a teenager. Staff keeps getting worse and worse. Asked for sauce on a $16 order,... threw the bag at me & said it was at the bottom of bag. Of course, no sauce in the bag. Doors locked (at 6pm on a Monday mineyou), so couldn?t go in to fix their issue myself. Went around the drive through again, waited, just for sauce?.and the ladygave me 4 packets. For a $16 order of several tacos. Asked for more, she tosses 5 at my hand and slams the window shut. Usuallyyou apologize when a customer has to fix your poor service issue, right? Seemed to get the opposite service of that. It?s TBELL,I get it. But watch out. My boyfriend drove out of his way to get taco bell from this location and it was 100% worth it. He said he got his food in a... reasonable time and the food was like twice the size it normally is. His food had the proper proportions and was tasty. Inormally need 1.5-2 beefy five layer burritos to feel full and I ate ONE and was STUFFED. Whomever was working 3/13/22 aroundmidnight needs a freaking raise. We were in the area passing through when we decided to stop here. It was actually a good choice as not all restaurants are... walk-in. When we stopped here it was not that busy, so we only had to wait like 5 minutes for our food. No matter what time wecame here, getting a $5 box is always a smart idea. Not only does it fill me up, but they almost always come with a chalupa anda hard shell taco, which happens to be my favourites. I really liked the retro outside look of this place, yet the insidelooked modern like a lot of the other taco bells that I have seen. Not only were the people nice, but the food was verydelicious with very fresh tasting ingredients. It would most definitely fun to go back again sometime. Read more

Drive thru server was great. Ordered two beef tacos without lettuce and was appalled at what was left. Look at the pictures... and you would expect some beef in the taco, but no. Super disappointed. Read more
The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered my usual Fiery Locos Tacos which this location no longer has. The regular... Crunchy Tacos and Pepsi were of average quality. However, the service was marginal at best lacking professionalism from thestaff joking with one another. Was there a manager on duty? If so, that person needs to manage something else. The dining roomis dated and desperately needs remodeled. Then to top things off, about halfway through eating, a plume of smoke poured into thedining room from the kitchen (note the haze in the attached photo) with no apology, explanation, or service gesture from anystaff member. Needless to say my meal was ruined at that point. Thankfully, a staff member eventually propped open the entrancedoor to help dissipate the smoke that had caused me to cough repeatedly and eyes to burn. I suggest stearing away from this TacoBell... There is a better one in Hopkins on the same road about 5 miles east from this one. Otherwise, good luck at thislocation. Read more
