This was both me and my friend?s first time at Cheesecake Factory and we had an awesome lunch here this past Saturday with our... server, Collin. Service was quick (despite the volume of customers) & the atmosphere was unique. I love The Cheesecake Factory! So this day I had steak tips from the Skinnylicious menu. Really good with a madeira sauce. It... made for a filling and satisfying lunch. I love everything I've ever had here and the menu goes on for days. It all sounds good.I had the coconut cheese cake and it tastes just like a Mounds candy bar. It's good for three or more fridge raids. I also likethe Tex-Mex egg rolls and the brown bread in the bread basket. Read more
Our family had a dine in dinner at the Ridgedale Cheesecake Factory. All of our food tasted great! Everything was hot and fresh.... Service was good, server was friendly and helpful. Took down a star because our silverware was a bit sticky, but that?s our onlycomplaint. Our server replaced it for some non-sticky utensils right away. Overall a really nice dining experience! What a great place to stop and have a quick late lunch! Our service was top notch! The server was attentive and helpful and the... restaurant was cozy. The woman?s restroom was clean. The service was great. I had unsweetened black and green tea mixed to drink and it was absolutely delightful and refreshing. I... had happy hour stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer, the skinny menu steak medallions for an entree which was really tasty, andthe original cheesecake to go. The cheesecake was packaged up well and included plasticware so I can eat it later at thehotel. I like the bread and butter (The butter is not chilled so it's actually spreadable.) that they give you well you wait aswell. The total with a tip came to just under $56. First time here and we will be back! Amazing customer service and food! Had the bread and oh my gosh it was nummy. Very soft and... flavorful. We had pretzel bites with cheese and the cheese was very decadent and rich. The pretzels were salty and so buttery.Just what you want in them! Our waiter recommend the jambalaya pasta and it was perfect! By far my favorite pasta dish I've hadin a restaurant. The chicken was tender and very well seasoned. Thank you everyone! I have been to this location many times. It is a hit or miss with the food sometimes. The wait staff have been nice every time I... have dined in. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Only knock is one time I was in the bathroom during a past visitand saw a employee in a chef coat finishing dropping a load in the bathroom and attempting to leave without washing his hands.The food is always always big portions, enough to take home and have leftovers or bring to work the next day. Sometimes the foodis seasoned beautifully, sometimes it?s under seasoned. This last visit the pasta dishes for everyone at our table were veryvery salty (probably just old water). We told the waiter and he went and told them to change the water, the was the onlysolution he had for our salty meals. The dish would have been wonderful if not for that. The lemon raspberry cheesecake was anice midnight snack later that night. Aside from the meal the waiter kept reaching over me to get drinks or plates withoutsaying excuse me it was very frustrating. Other than that he was a good server. Overall it has been a nice date night for me inthe past or dinner with friends you just have to hope you go when the cooks are on their A game. Read more
The center spot light shines directly down the middle of the table. Other than the mood lighting... thepace was comfortable,... food was great. I ordered the chicken and shrimp gumbo center mound of brown rice was perfectly prepared. This dish is got adecent heat (spicy) to it. Dessert was dulce cheese cake slice. Shared. Is perfect amount!
