Two of the three burgers that we ordered were under cooked. This was on a Saturday night around 7pm. Not sure that they have... enough staff at the location but we were the only car in the drive-thru and I don't think the inside seating had any or very fewpeople. The person taking the order was polite. Although when I asked for a minute to figure out our order the microphone forthe people inside was on and it sounded like a lot of playing around was happening inside. The order took a while but notridiculously long but food wasn't cooked long enough. Would have waited an extra few minutes just to get the burgers cookedthrough a little more. Ended up microwaving the patties for two or the three burgers. Management might want to start trying towork with the employees to ensure that they are doing the job of safe food handling practices better. If they want to be ableto keep this location open for any longer and not end up closing permanently management should really be more involved ingetting this location running better. It sounds like from many of the other reviews that I'm sorry to say we read after gettingthe food from here its not really run very well. Hopefully we don't end up with food poisoning from the sounds of some of thereviews. Read more

The service was extremely slow, the prices have more than doubled, and the sizes are smaller than they were. You can't get a... receipt through the drive through and haven't been able to for several months, they keep saying there receipt machine is down.Something strange about that I think! If this location doesn't want to serve customers WHY BE OPEN? Prior 2019 I was a customer at this location 100s of times. Now I... will never go back because obvious this location no longer wants business. Last time here (10-9-2022) I attempt to order viadrive thru. Employee tells me to wait as he'll be right with me. Didn't understand the delay because I was the only vehicle inthe driving lane and being dining room closed I was the building's only customer. I waited and waited and employee never gotback to me. Obvious the ploy to frustrate me so I would drive away without ordering. The ploy worked as I drove off infrustration. It's obvious this Wendy's location will soon shut down for good. Indicator my presence 4:50 p.m. this supposed tobe a busy time for fast food so I wondered why I was the only customer there? Now I know why. Food and service are terrible. Andwhy at this location has the dining been closed for nearly 2 years when the pandemic protocol has been over for a year? I droveoff in frustration for 2 reasons. The burgers in recent orders haven't been fresh and realized if nobody wants to help me oddsare the food again will be sub-par. Post 2019 the burgers been dry, stale, fries soggy or no flavor, and employees and Wendy'sdon't care. Prior 2019 this place wasn't perfect but satisfied more times than not. Last 2 years food is usually bad and servicealways like pulling teeth. No communication. You can't return the bad or wrong orders because dining is closed. Read more

The drive through was so slow and there was only one car in front. The person taking our order was also very slow and quiet. She... didn?t even respond when we asked her if they had the strawberry salad. When we pulled up to the window, they ended up nothaving the salad. They also forgot a large fries. At about 6:30 pm the dining room was closed without a sign anywhere. The door was just locked. As I pulled up to the drive... through there was a worker messing with the speaker. A minute later they finally took my order and were very unprofessional.They were impolite and seemed like they didn?t care which became more apparent when I received my food. My burger tasted weirdand the fries were cold. The pop was flat and the chicken nuggets looked like they were prepared hours ago. They didn?t evenoffer dipping sauce. It wasn?t until I had left that I realized that they gave me small drinks and fries when I ordered medium,not to mention they didn?t even give me one of the burgers I ordered. I was already disgusted and I didn?t want the food I didget. They wouldn?t answer my call either. If I could rate this Wendys negative stars I would. I waited damn near 30 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, but also a few of them weren?t even... fully cooked. I used to work at a food place so I know what uncooked food looks like. The spicy chicken sandwich was goodthough. Read more

We had an awful experience at this Wendy's. The wait time was over 15 minutes, with only 2 other cars in line. They were rude... during the interaction. Then when i paid, we were told the receipt printer doesn't work. The food was cold and gross. The orderwas wrong and missing 2 items. And we couldn't even go in to complain because the dining area was closed. So we tried the drivethrough again and waited 15-20 more minutes before giving up and leaving. Read more

I've had a problem that has lasted now about a month. The general manager has not established the time for me to meet to settle... an issue where the cooks partially cooked my food, I was also overcharged for this lousy food. This particular Wendy's is inPlymouth near 394 in Minnesota. The general manager runs a Wendy's in Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn center, and this one in Plymouthobviously he cannot multitask The other managers do not have the ability to give me a refund or at least settle the matter, andthe general manager is nowhere to be found I've come to that restaurant and they've locked the doors without a signage statingthat they are short staffed. This happened to Saturdays ago. But every time I arrive there even when the manager confirms thetime with me to be there to at least meet with him he doesn't show up.
