The brisket had great flavor but was a little dry, I didn't care for the sausage, the brisket burnt ends were great and I'm not... sure how that level of char and flavor was obtained. However for BBQ in Minnesota it is still worth a trip. Read more

Wow! Buddy Boy Fine BBQ, you knocked this out of the park! We ordered the chicken and waffle, country fried steak, and the... stuffed french toast and let me just say you won?t be disappointed in any of those choices. There was a hint of rosemary withthe chicken & waffles that made it unique and oh so good. My husband had the country fried steak and said it?s the best gravy hehas ever had. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had! My father got the Big Buddy Sandwich which he swears was the best sandwich he has ever had. ... They even had a vegetarian option (smoked tofu) that was delicious which my non-meat eating sister enjoyed. I really appreciatedthat since she is usually left out when we eat at a BBQ place. We also got their bread pudding which was to die-for! I'veworking in a bakery for years, and that bread pudding was flawless. The atmosphere on the inside was bright, friendly, and fun.The indoors reminded me of a revamped retro diner. The outdoor seating was also very charming. And I can't NOT mention theincredible service! The woman who took our order was so friendly, and the lady who cleared our table after eating was alsodarling. If you are looking for a excellent BBQ, delicious beer (with though limited tap list), with a beautiful outdoor space and... weather dependent ambience (though they have limited indoor seating) this is an excellent family friendly space. Even in therain (no lightening or thunder present) the outdoor tent space was a magical twinkle light lit slice of heaven. We cannot waitto return!! Read more
Smoked turkey sandwich was decent but overly fatty. The brisket was novice at best, pretty sure they cook it fat side down... resulting in a dry over smoked pot roast slice. Interesting sides that didn?t seem to compliment the proteins. The potatosalad was salty and way over seasoned in general, and the baked beans were just strange. Pass. Read more
