Sitting in the drive through and can clearly see several health code violations. No gloves being worn when handling ready to eat... food. Employee drinks in kitchen. Hand washing??? Come on, you expect me to eat this? Read more

Our experience was great! Even though they are short staffed they did not look or act frazzled. They were kind and were clear... with the orders. The chicken tenders were really worth the wait. They were some of the best tenders I have had in a long timeand my son loved them as well. They were juicy and crispy. Thank you such to the crew for providing such amazing service. Theywere even jumping in and helping each other out. Again thank you and stop in the dinning if you have some time. They place has awonderful vibe and cute decor. Read more
It was a pretty good experience overall. There was a sign on the door warning that they were short staffed, so to be patient; it... was quickly evident that was indeed the case. There was a bit of a wait and the staff seemed a bit frazzled. It however wascertainly worth the wait. Our order was made correctly (no tomato on my burger), and all of the food was very good; it felt likeit was made fresh to order. I also got some Wisconsin cheese curds that were very good, because you can't travel throughWisconsin and not order cheese curds. The decor was neat, and gave us something to look at while we waited. We went through the drive through and the wait wasn't bad especially since we got chicken tender which they state will take a... little longer. The food was good for the most part. We ended up with 2 long blonde hairs in our bags. One of them was justsitting on top of my sons fries. They also don't ask if you want any condiments so make sure you mention it if you want some. great food, but incredibly slow. if you plan on having ?fast? food, don?t stop here. few employees, but you?d think at busy... times they would know how to jump in and help if needed on other tasks such as taking orders or making food. also, they do notwear gloves or hairnets, which i find nasty. Good food, but un-godly slow!! Ok, I love A&W but this place is consistently the slowest drive thru on the planet. I go here... once a week and you will have a minimum 20 minute wait at the drive thru. Tonight, it was 35 minutes. Not acceptable. Update:4/2/2022. MUCH better! Prompt, good staff, hot fresh food. I usually throw out great reviews but I'm pretty disappointed. I was cutting through town and was like, oh a burger would be... great! I pulled in to the drive through, there was maybe 6 cars in front on me. It's lunch on time on a Sat (10/22/22), not bigdeal. I ordered cheese burger with frys, and a water. Nothing special. Took me 20min to get my food, I did read the sign aboutit taking 6min to make any chicken items. Ok, I understand that, I'm not complaining. Finally reach the window and greeted witha smile, pay for my food and pull out. I pull in to the next parking lot and take a bite.... the burger is cold. Like not evenroom temp cold, like sat on a metal counter top cold. I get the whole, wait for good food kinda thing, I'm a very understandingperson but it was not worth the wait. I'm sure it's a logistics issue like "hey, we have 20min of chicken orders, we need towait a few min to make this guy's burger" kinda thing. I ate it like a starving dog anyways.
