Food is ok most of the time but the customer service is. terrible. I thought it was just me having a bad day then I checked the... reviews. So wish I had done it sooner. I was not the only one given a ?take it or leave it attitude?. My opinion is that theyfeel that since they are the only oriental restaurant in Minooka they can treat the customer however they chose. Which makes mewonder if they prepare the food with the same attitude. As I said, ? my order tasted as if the pork was very old?. I wouldrecommend going to Channahon it is only $2.00 more for delivery and worth the peace of mind not worry about if you have to sendit back or worse get sick. My family and I have been coming to here ever since 2010 and there food is ALWAYS hot if you dine in or take out! Today, we... brought my Grandma in and she enjoyed it and you don?t leave there hungry and that?s for sure! The owner and staff are reallynice and courteous by giving us more white rice to go along with our leftovers to take home! This is one of the places that makeChannahon a great place to eat at! We have been eating here for years, usually inside restaurant or pick up. Today we tried delivery and it was a disaster. I?m... only giving a 2 rating due to the previous experiences of quality food and In-restaurant experience. I phoned back after 45minutes to be sure the food was not delivered to the wrong address. It is a 7 minute drive from restaurant to our house. If itwill be an hour to deliver my order, tell me when I place the order. I feel that is common courtesy. If there was an app, ortexting service, you could have updated the ETA. Offering solutions. In the era of multiple communication avenues, it?s seemspossible you could incorporate one. The food really isn't good. The spring rolls were soaked with oil. So greasy the one in the picture left a puddle on the... wrapper. The shrimp fried rice had plenty of shrimp and fresh veggies but had a slight burnt taste probably from the uncleanwok. We ordered here for the 1st time because our usual place was closed on Sunday. We ordered Orange Chicken, plenty of chicken but... there was hardly any sauce with it. Chicken was good but no sauce. We have been told that this is the best Chinese food in our area, these people were not joking. I ordered the Kung pao chicken... and my wife had the chicken and snap peas. We also ordered the egg rolls, which were equally as amazing! Then portion sizes weregreat to have enough for 2 or 3 sittings, so we can have lunch tomorrow and the day after. There is something on this LARGE menufor everyone. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
