Food is great! Even though there was a mix up with our order the waitress we had was great! She helped get our order back in... check! She couldn't apologize enough even though it wasn't her fault. (She gave us 50% off our order for having to wait a secondround for our deep dish pizza mistake and because of the wait) I would definitely recommend the place! Staff is friendly andnice. Read more
Sums up our visit. "Shasta" was listed as our server on the receipt... couldn't tell you if that was her name because she barely... was at the table. Or maybe it was Bailey like the other receipt....? Either way, obviously three tables to service was two toomany. The appetizer plates sat on our table empty until the pizza came. We weren't asked if we wanted our deep dish pizza servedbut that turned out to be good since one of the plates we were given were dirty. We had to go up front to get water refills andasked her specifically to come to our table. She ran over to drop off the water glasses and then ran away before we could evenask for a box and the check. Also disappointed that I had to ask for a box and the check as most places offer you one once theplates are stacked up with the napkins and silverware on top but at this point, not surprised. Asked to speak to the manager.Manager apologized and did offer a discount. Food was fine. Read more
Pizza was good , getting waited on was another story. I tried to get the attention of the waitress several times to get my... glass refilled before leaving this. I'm normally a great tipper, but I refuse to tip for bad service. Maybe I would have hadbetter luck in a different location. Read more
Been to Giordano?s before in several places but this was probably the best one. The staff were very friendly, quick to refill... drinks and bring out the appetizers. The family that were with me and have never eaten at Giordano?s were very impressed withit. Would love to have one in Kansas City. Read more
Staff was very polite. Food was great. First time I?ve had a true Chicago deep dish. My friend recommended this place and it was... worth it. They did say that an individual deep dish didn?t have the extra layer of dough. Kinda disappointed it didn?t but notenough to justify a small for just a single person. Read more
This place has THE BEST Deep dish pizza in the world. The service was excellent. We were both thirstier than a cactus in a... desert and downed the drinks almost before she had walked away but she kept them coming! My glass was almost always full. Ifyou are in Chicago this is the place for dinner. Makes great leftovers as well. Read more

We went for my Dad's Birthday...we called in our order ahead. The pizza was good but the whole reason we called ahead was for... them to actually start cooking the deep dish pizza. We had to wait for an hour to get them, but I'm and therefore satisfied. Read more
