Poor design to enter and exit. Parking too small for even a small amount of cars. Pot holes in parking lot, road design hideous... to get out and back on I80. Officers target the area for traffic doing u turns bc road is designed to take you away from I80only. Read more
Pre paid for parking, got here fueled and parked to find out thier showers are down AKA no one will clean them. They can still... take your money. Reserved the parking from the app so the tech to let me know is there but when I asked for a shower they werekind enough to piont out the sign on the door. I am giving them one star the same way they got my money. 1. Good customer service 2. Showers need to be cleaned thoroughly. Still had strains of hair all over the shower walls and the... toilet seat was dirty. 3. Water pressure was terrible. I dont know if it was just the shower I was assigned but the waterpressure was definitely not up to par. Usually the heavy water pressure is what I look forward to when visiting aPilot. Lots of products on their shelves, clean store, clean facilities, great gift buying spot, they even have massage chairs, and a... laundry room, and an Arbys to eat at. Their truck parking is decently sized and not completely covered in huge pot holes, andtheir staff was very friendly, unlike the pilot just a few miles down the highway from this one. This is a much better exampleof how pilot does business compared to the one down the highway which I also left a review on. This Pilot gets 5 out of 5 starsin my book and the one down the highway wouldn't have gotten any stars if that would have been an option. Great job at thislocation Pilot!! Keep up the good work.
