Very good tea and coffee
Kind of disappointed in the quality of sandwiches and drinks. I can understand if there was a rush but I was the only one there.

This morning while I was getting my coffee I made a mistake and liked one of their coffee mug then made another mistake and... bought it!! After I paid, cashier didn't put the mug in a bag or anything. So I asked the barista if I can have a bag to putmy coffee mug since I was going to shop inside of jewel Osco. She told me that they don't have a bag but her face was allsurprise like I asked something that they should not have. Instead of her providing a solution to her customer , the customerI said that if they have at least a cookie bag or brown bag because I really didn't wanna walk around with a coffee mug in oneof my hand and disposable coffee cup in another . Anyways she gave surprise face one more time plus this time annoyed look too. Not having any bag in your store might not be your fault but the way you treated your customer is totally your lack ofcustomer service Mss annoyed face brista!!!! Read more
Great coffee and if you're willing to get out of the car and go inside the jewel there is barely a wait ever-I love that so... much... I hate sitting in line for 60 cars it's just not worth it to me, so this is a good one to go to, good job????? Read more
Completely shocked at what I just experienced. I can understand being out of an item or two. However, today I received a message... on my app for a buy one get one free for cold drinks/refreshers/brews (starting at 3pm) so I decided I would pick up drink on myway home from work for my daughter and myself. I go up to place the order (3:30pm) and I am immediately told " We are limited onwhat we can do. We only have black coffee and black iced no sorry... Black tea." Thinking it was a joke. I asked that's all ucan make?She responded "Yup that's all we can make." Needless to say I walked out without the drinks. They literally are out ofeverything Incredibly disappointed. Why are you even open if you cant provide services or make practically anything on yourmenu. Something should be posted on the doors or thoughout the store to advise of this issue.
