Amazing batista staff. Friendly, attentive, very helpful. I was shopping the mall around 6 or 7 in the evening and most of the... food court and several of the smaller businesses were closing up shop already. All I wanted was a frappe and black coffee withno where to get it. I saw Barnes and Noble and the Starbucks sign and went in to see if it was still open. It was! Making mevery happy. I wanted a S'mores frappe but that is not offered at Starbucks. The Baristas were super helpful with what they Didhave that they could use to to help me get as close to what I wanted as possible. Because they were so Open and friendly andworked so diligently to fulfill my coffee wishes, they made my night. Next time I'm in that mall, I will be stopping again. Wish their membership was less costly. But I do use it every chance I get. Store itself is great. Great variety available. Staff... is mostly available. Wish they still had the kiosks, so we could check availability of in-store items. Online site, not muchhelp. Read more

Over the top. Perhaps one of the best Barnes and nobles I've ever been in and that's saying a lot. This Barnes & Noble really... has books, a lot of books row after row of books. So if you are a reader and enjoy buying books do go here. Because of thedigital age and readers downloading books on Kindle or the readers, Barnes & Noble and many of their stores have cut back onbooks for sale. Not this one, this reminds me of the good old days before digital. It's also huge and well organized don'tforget to stop in and get a coffee at Starbucks inside Barnes & Noble. Read more
Best bathrooms in the mall that I have been too. Clean, hit water, paper towels, staff available, willing to help with a smile.
