I just had the WORST experience I have ever had! After waiting 45 minutes last time I decided to give it another chance this... evening?. Big mistake! After waiting a ridiculous amount of time yet again the woman working the window was EXTREMELY RUDE(should not be working around people especially in customer service). She handed me my stuff and I had 2 drinks missing I toldher and she acted as if I was lying about 2 drinks???? After explaining multiple times exactly why I was missing and explainingand showing her the drinks I received - she came back with 1 of the missing drinks?. After telling her once again I was stillmissing one she proceeded to tell me to ?have a good day? and closed the window! The way I was treated and questioned as apaying customer was something I have never experienced before. I will never be back! Oh and of course I didn?t receive myreceipt how convenient for them!!!! Very friendly staff, quick service and delicious food.
We were in town visiting and walked to the DQ at 9pm and we were refused service. We were told we either had to use Door Dash or... walk through the drive through. The website specifically said dine in until 10pm. This is misleading and needs to be changed. Weleft and did not get anything, unfortunately. Read more
