They suck at customer service don't bother because they're ice cream won't be together enough to dip and you'll get ignored in... line and they'll prepare everyone elses food right in front of you while how many workers are just looking at you. I just had the WORST experience I have ever had! After waiting 45 minutes last time I decided to give it another chance this... evening?. Big mistake! After waiting a ridiculous amount of time yet again the woman working the window was EXTREMELY RUDE(should not be working around people especially in customer service). She handed me my stuff and I had 2 drinks missing I toldher and she acted as if I was lying about 2 drinks???? After explaining multiple times exactly why I was missing and explainingand showing her the drinks I received - she came back with 1 of the missing drinks?. After telling her once again I was stillmissing one she proceeded to tell me to ?have a good day? and closed the window! The way I was treated and questioned as apaying customer was something I have never experienced before. I will never be back! Oh and of course I didn?t receive myreceipt how convenient for them!!!! Very friendly staff, quick service and delicious food.
We were in town visiting and walked to the DQ at 9pm and we were refused service. We were told we either had to use Door Dash or... walk through the drive through. The website specifically said dine in until 10pm. This is misleading and needs to be changed. Weleft and did not get anything, unfortunately. Read more
Say as you will, the service might be slow, but it?s the times we?re in. I can say though, I?ve never had bad food here. Whether... that be ice cream or chicken. Normally when you come to fast food places it?s marginal food, but it?s actually decent food. It?snice to be able to sit inside and watch cars drive by or escape the heat during the summer! Read more

Ice cream treats(blizzards) were ok, thinking they were a little short on the flavors we asked for. One staff stated to another... that they haven't had this many working for a while..if that was true, does it usually take 10min to make 2 med blizzards? The food is decent but why is it it that everytime I order a chicken sandwich I get a microscopic amount of mayonnaise? First... time? Okay I've witnessed how they run their retainment of this particular condiment. So I ask for EXTRA mayonnaise the nexttime I go. What do they give me? 2 nanoscopic dribbles of mayo.
