Not sure whats happened to KFC, mushy potatoes, etc, used to be a favorite of mine, not so much anymore
We ordered a family box that included eight pieces and two sides. But when we arrived home, we just got three chickens with two... sides! I was sick and sleeping, so I did not check the order. But I heard my husband order it, and I noticed that whoever tookthe order went fast in conversation and did not give attention to the customer. Don't know why I haven't learned my lesson! The popcorn chicken is such a joke. One out of 10 times I get it it's straight up... little hockey pucks, all hard as a rock breading with NO chicken in sight. It really can't be that hard to cook. Always friendly did about 4 door dash orders they been fast n always on top of it
Ordering online was useless, but that isn't the fault of the store. Drive-through was a breeze and food came to the parking lot... relatively quickly. Order was accurate, hot, and tasted good. Read more
Good place to eat, regular KFC. Their service has been good and the chicken has been all that I expected. Due to employee... shortages and other factors you cannot depend on them being open when they are supposed to be. We have almost completely stoppedgoing there because sometimes they have been closed as early as 6 pm. The mashed potatoes are generally terrible and they oftendon't allow substitutions anymore. Downgraded my reviews to 3 star. Don't try to online order after 8 because they have problemsand probably won't receive your order. They also lock their doors at 8 pm. Read more
Stopped by KFC tonight for dinner. Ordered a $20 fill-up. The chicken that was served was dry and clearly old. There was no meat... on 2 of the legs, almost as if someone ate them already. So disappointing. We won't be back. Read more
