Love Papa John?s. You can never go wrong. Always great staff and great food. They never disappoint.
We normally love Papa John's, this past time was horrible with the service and order. After waiting over an hour for... carryout, which is understandable when they are busy, I get the notification that our food was ready for pick up. When I wentin to pick up, our food still wasn't ready, so waited another 15 min. When I got to the car I realized the pizza was wrong, theother pizza had a busted garlic butter all over it and two sauces were missing. When I went back inside the guy at the counteroffered a new box. No remaking a pizza due to the wrong pizza or remaking something new due to the garlic butter saturatedpizza. Just offered a new box. I ordered the hamburger pizza and it was simply awful number one why would you have red sauce with hamburger number two why... would you have mozzarella with hamburger number three node pickles no onions no cheddar cheese how can you call it a hamburgerpizza without those things so disappointed Read more
Please teach your delivery drivers not to demand a tip when everybody?s already gonna tip the pizza guy/gal ?how much change do... you want back? is the RUDEST question ever. He asked me twice after I had a 20 in my pocket for him. Dominos was immediatelylike ?oh let me get you change-? before I cut him off to stop and added the 20 on top of the change just for not asking thequestion papa John?s always asks. Called in ordered a pizza at 10:30pm. Stated it would be 45+ minutes for delivery. Called back after 1 hour. Employee stated the... driver has left with the last deliveries. Here are at the 2 hour mark, no sign of our pizza or the driver. Poor poor, poor,customer service. Read more
Ordered through the app, received notification that pizzas were ready. Pizzas were not ready, not even made yet! 45 min later... they were done. No apologies. No receipt or stickers on boxes making it impossible to file a complaint. I called a 877 numberand the rep figured out my order and filed my complaint for me. Read more
