They no full time person to take orders in the resturant. Had a sign posted that someone would be they as soon as they could but... that took 10 minutes. So sad because Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. Shells for tacos were not crunchy. Didn'thave what I initially wanted even though it was still on the menu. Read more

Never ever enough staff. No one to help. Have to order off app. Wait is at least 45 minutes. And this has been for 2 years... now. Which really stinks because this is the only Taco Bell within many many miles and we live 2 hours away just to come gettaco bell. We love Taco Bell but this place corporate really needs to do something with it Read more

First experience in Minot Taco Bell. THE BEST. When you first enter you are not able to get anyone at the counter so you have to... stand in line at a kiosk to order food. Taco Bell has two kiosks one is completely broken unable to use. The other kiosk aquarter of the screen is broken. After that me and my girlfriend go to sit down and the table is sticky and looks like it wasnot cleaned all day. So we move to the next booth and the table is a little cleaner but is still sticky. My girlfriend goes tostand and an exposed nail tears her pants behind the thigh. There was no straws in the dispenser so I go to the counter to askfor some. I stand at the counter for 10 mins waiting for anyone to notice I was at the counter until the manager finally walksup and asks me what I need. I ask for some straws and let him know the dispenser is out. BAD EXPERIENCE. Also if you likeBurritos with just beans and sour cream with very little meat I suppose it?s not bad meal. Read more

Great experience this afternoon. I asked for my tacos to be sort of deconstructed so I could heat the beef up when I got home.... They went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. Jade and the kitchen team know how to communicate very well. That'spretty rare in fast food these days, especially with employees in short supply. Read more

Wouldn't take indoor orders at the register, had to place them through the kiosk. Both employees I saw appeared ill.

Who doesn?t like Taco Bell? Well, not us now. Ordered online. Had to go inside to pick up the order because the drive-thru line... was long and not moving. Got to the counter and was told most of the items that we ordered (and had already paid for) were outand that we would have to call corporate for a refund of those items. Waited on the phone for 15 minutes (wait time increased asI was waiting) and was told we would be refunded in 3 business days. Over an hour later, and we?re still waiting for theremainder of our food. After reading similar reviews about this store, we realize that this is not an isolated event, and wewill definitely not be back. Fully don?t expect to receive the refund either, but we?ll see. Also, the workers weren?t workingto prepare anyones food. Just goofing off and eating donuts. And they want $15/hr. Okay. Read more

Waited patiently for 45 minutes in the drive through. 5 cars in front of us. 4 left and 5 continued to wait at the speaker box.... We were patient but after. 45 minutes we were too hungry to keep waiting. If you?re unable to provide the expected service puta note on the door and a cone blocking the drive up and close the doors so people don?t waste their time. We could?ve eaten at aregular dine in sit down Mexican restaurant before they were able to serve 1 vehicle in a fast food line. **Update**. Fell forit again and waited 25 min to be told it would be at least a 45 min wait due to door dash orders. Is there some reason a personwho won?t even get off their couch to feed themselves should take precedence over someone willing to get off their hind end anddrive to your building? Can I order door dash to be delivered to your lobby and just meet the driver there? This Taco Bell hashad severe staffing issues long before door dash and in my opinion has no business delivering food to others when they can?teven get food to someone sitting in their lobby. Less and less. Someday I will learn to just go get real Mexican food at arestaurant and not waste my time trying to eat here. ???????? Read more

(I have autism and special food needs) Ive been in Minot for 3 months due to work and have been craving Taco Bell for all of... these 3 months but heard bad things. But i finally caved and now i see why its so badly reviewed. Had to wait OVER AN HOUR forcold food and the wrong drink (drink is understandable because drinks can run out and I don't mind Mnt Dew but would have lovedmy Sierra Mist). Asked for chicken and cheese and no lettuce on taco and it had barely ANYTHING on it even for just chicken andcheese. Bits of lettuce throughout the taco making it smell disgusting and every bite tasted like lettuce. Burrito (I asked forpotatoes, red sauce with no sour cream) came filled with sour cream so I only got one bite in before having to spit it out(Sensitive to sour cream). No red sauce, and even no nacho cheese? On a five layer burrito? And only 4 potatoes were in theburrito, 3 of which were COATED in sour cream making in inedible for me. Even the cinnabons were cold.
