My family brought me here for my birthday. We got into the waiting area ( 2 small kids and 1 disabled person ). We were told... there was not enough staff to handle our party. Why then did they continue to seat others that had arrived after us?? We thenoffered to split our party up and be seated at different tables. They refused. Guess I'll never know what it's like to dinethere. They did us a great service by refusing us! We went down the street and had a lovely dinner at a much classierrestaurant, that was also understaffed. They however apologized for being understaffed and assured us they would be with usshortly. Came here for a work gathering and it was pleasant. The servers were kind and easy to talk to. The food was well put together,... looked and and tasted good. A place I?d recommend. Read more
Wings n Rings have some premium pricing for their trash kitchen staff and EXPO manager. Wasnt busy, got half sauced wings that... took an hour to come out. Literally watched one of the kitchen staff standing there on his phone and picking his teeth with hisfinger. Only good part of the experience was the 1 server running the bar and whole bar side seating. Read more
I?ll order the food again (amazing) the service was good but the servers all had a scowl on their face and the only one that... didn?t was the hostess that seated us. Would recommend not ordering the Mac and cheese it looked like it was microwaved and notfresh. I?ll order food to go before going inside again. Hence the reason for 4/5 bc the food was that good. After ordering DoorDash and not getting everything we ordered. I drove 15 minutes to get the rest of my order. They gave me the... wrong drinks ???? and first tried to tell me that is what I ordered. To be fair they offered to remake the drinks. But now I?meating soggy nachos after wasting 30 minutes to get the rest of my order. I?m very disappointed in the service tonight . Wings and Rings has gone completely down hill. We asked for garlic Q and received this. They told us we could put on our own... sauce. Are you kidding me?! We did not receive marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks either. Also one of the servers washungover. This is completely unacceptable. This will be my last time eating here until they can fix their issues. Read more
Food overall was pretty good, the garlic aioloi fries were super good. Waitress messed up the order but immediately fixed it,... though when it came to the check she had to re do it again, not bad but if your system is shotty, maybe look at fixing it. Nottrying to be this person but we were asked for our military id's for a discount but in the end couldn't get it because of thediscount on the messed up order, sorry Desi but don't quit your day job, needless to say, not impressed despite what everyonesaid about this place.
