Usually good service and great pizza but my last couple of times have been horrible. Customer service was really bad and whoever... was on the phone had a horrible attitude. I got half burnt pizza and he blamed it on people training but there was no one elsethere when I picked it up. Just 1 guy. The best pizza in the Loramie Lake area!! Delivery I've found is the best option, the drivers always arrive either early or in... time, they are always so friendly and courteous, the food is always warm and satisfying! They have gluten free products which isgreat for my wife who had a gluten allergy , they have chicken and subs and salads you can't go wrong with any menu item I loveadding a Mountain Dew or a root beer to my order. We just left this restaurant, and while we left with our food as to not make a scene I certainly won't be eating it. I watched... an individual with shoulder length curly hair put hands through their hair on several occasions, then touch food. They went fromtouching pepperoni, to their hair, to dough, to cheese and no hand washing whatsoever....that is NASTY! Read more
all around horrible service upon walking into the door I was bumped into by the delivery guy knocked into a picture on the wall... which fell off and smack me in the hand my large caramel frappe knocking my drink to the ground no one clean the mess up andpicture was just set the to the side not taking my order. or even cleaning the mess It must have stayed there for at least 30minutes and a customer had to clean it up.
