Drive thru woman was curt, rude, and too stupid to know their own menu. Maybe hire more qualified people, like that's even hard.
I had the worst experience with the drive through service. This young lady had these worst Attitude ever. I spoke with... supervisor and he said sorry they are over worked. Today, I had worst experience with every aspect of this company. They had a inexperience cashier which took my order wrong.. The... cook accused me of changing my order( never did). The cook proceed to have a conversation with me all this after the mangeracted like I wanted a free meal. I had money then the cook proceed to curse out the workers. I will never eat there again! It?s truly hard to find a good fast food gem just with the nature of fast food restraint in general. This place is truly almost... flawless. The food is always fresh and they?re always fast. Reason why giving 2 stars bc food is good. But the SERVICE FROM THIS PERSON... horrible :( so sad. I was having a great... morning. I asked for 1 combo, then asked for 2 simple Croissants just plain cheese nothing else. She was charging $6 for justbread/cheese, after asking several times, are you sure that is ???? the ONLY way to ring it up. Can you just ring it up as thebread/Croissants & cheese, finally she did it, it was there simple in the computer total for each 1.39. SEE THE DIFFERENCE? ...she was so upset, that she even told the kitchen ppl "I KNOW THIS IS STUPID order" :( so sad for her... it did not cost HERanything, plus she got so upset over nothing.
