EL VALLE is known for for great food quality and service. Today at the Mint Hill location, that was not the status quo! This... server didn't need to come to work today with that lackadaisical attitude and no care for guest! I reported this to the manageron duty in front of the server as to have no hidden agenda, and out of pure FREAKIN pity, I tipped $1! I will just have torelegate myself to the Matthews location where service & great food come in unison EVERY DAMN TIME! Read more

New favorite restaurant in town!!! Hubby had the Ranchero Steak. I had Pollo Con Crema Chicken dish. We shared a large queso and... it was also really good, as was their complementary salsa and chips. We both enjoyed our dishes that came with a tasty side ofMexican rice and beans.
