Waited over 2 hours for my food, and could not get anyone one the phone to get a refund. I had to drive to the store, and when I... told them what I was there for, they handed me the food that had been sitting there. When I said I wanted a refund I wasinformed that I could not have the pizza, which was fine given the time and the state of the store and staff. The person at theregister walked up with his pants half off, vaping while he was talking to me. They weren't busy, and nobody was on the phone,so I have to assume incompetence. There were not apologies, or even recognition of what had occurred. I would not eat hereagain, even for free, after seeing the inside of this store. Read more
Don?t order from this Pizza Hut. I made an order and was given a delivery time of 25 to 35 minutes and I?m still waiting on my... order. I called the store after 1 hour and was told my order was on the way and here it is a day later and I?m still waiting.Poor customer service. We ordered a pizza yesterday and paid for it online on the pizza hut website.. when my husband went to pick it up..they were... CLOSED! No lights, doors locked, NO EMPLOYEES! Too bad I can't give them zero stars. Placed a simple order for their take out special three times, each time sent back to the... home page. Never received any confirmation that the order had been received until I get the request from Pizza Hut to rate theirperformance and food. Performance: Extremely poor. Food. What food? Got to the restaurant, parked in the curbside spot (right in front of the store). Selected on the app that i arrived and waited... for 5-6 minutes, the ?manager? was smoking outside of the store (so he saw me), the front person is just standing behind theregister watching his phone. I have my baby sleeping in the car (that?s why i chose curbside). Called the restaurant twice andgot no answer. My food was sitting there, it was ready. When i told him that i was waiting right in front of his face he said Ididn't see you. Manager standing next to him at this point and didn?t even apologize.
