What's it going to be Jersey Mike's? Either you're going to have a to go order pick up shelf or you going to keep the orders... behind the counter and require your customers to ask for help. (Understaffed? I get it.) That's right ask for help; instead ofbeing greeted when you enter your establishment. Normally, new patrons at other establishments are greeted upon entry; nothere, you're staff has zero customer service initiative to say hello, or ask if they are there for a pickup. Meanwhile I haveto stand there and wait until I get a glance to initiate a question to see if my to go order is ready or not. 1 of the 3 wholebags on the counter, packed and ready to go, not on the to go shelf. Clearly there needs to be some manners applied to yourstaff; and better instruction on what you want to do with the pick up orders. Figure it out. This is BY FAR the very best Jersey Mike?s in the area. I?ve been going out of my way to drive to the Mint Hill location because... Chuck has such great customer service. He is always friendly and makes you feel like a special customer. He is also fast andefficient and seems to keep the other employees motivated to do a great job. I noticed he excitedly greeted another employee asthey started their shift. Give Chuck some kudos and a raise for going above and beyond every time! Read more
I love Jersey Mike's as a great default sandwich shop. There are a few I go to but this location in Mint Hill is the one I... visit the most. The staff is always good, not necessarily great but good overall. The sandwiches are consistent and my ordershave always been correct. Read more
I?m a little late in posting this but wanted to give a huge thanks to Jersey Mike?s in Mint Hill for supplying our lunch on June... 26 for our walk to help defeat ALS, our son was diagnosed with this terrible disease November 2020, we held the ALS a walk inhis honor at Veterans Memorial Park, Jersey Mikes was awesome and donated 23 boxed sandwiches for our participants in the walk!The subs were delicious and everyone was saying how good they were!
