I went in 30 minutes ago to pick up my order, was assured by all 5 employees everything was in the bag and left. I got home and... found out my chips weren't in there with the rest of my food. Food is alright but they frequently forget items. I personallyprefer the store on highway 49. Read more
First time ordering. Started working across the street from them. The staff was super friendly. The food was decent only down... fall was that they added like extra vinagre to mine which I did not Ask for and my bread was soggy. And I personally can not eatsoggy bread. But the sandwich was well made besides that one issue which I know will hopefully get better Thru time. But not badat all. Read more
Incredibly slow and poor service, I put my order in 20 minutes ahead of heading to the store at 12:30, to ensure it was ready... and upon arriving and seeing a backed up line of people the sandwich was still not ready. Employees were moving incrediblyslow. At 12:55 with still no update and waiting, I walked up to the register to which I told them I submitted my order almost30 minutes ago, they proceeded to verify my name and then pull my tag to just now start my order. At this mount there werepeople who had walked in and gotten their food before me. It’s currently 1:09pm and I just now received my order. Absolutelyridiculous. We frequent this location in Mint Hill weekly. While the food is always consistently good, so is the customer service. First time trying Jimmy Johns and I was very disappointed. The sandwich was practically empty, it was basically just eating a... loaf of bread. The bread tasted off like it wasn’t cooked completely. Overall just not a fan especially with how expensive thesandwiches were. Read more
