OK as we all know everyone is understaffed underpaid and doing their best there was a little bit of a hiccup but they made it so... much better after the fact I really appreciate the manager talking to me and trying to fix everything. Ordered 1 pizza and 2 papadias got home to eat dinner . One of the papadias was not the right order called store to get it... remade as my husband does not eat peppers and onions . employee could of cared less then told me it would have to be remade on adifferent day because she already turned ovens off 20 minutes before even closing and they messed up order should of fixed itbut she was not bothered at all . I'd like to say the driver was the best part about the experience with this restaurant. Super nice and pleasant. On the other... hand it is hands down the worst Papa John's and the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. We asked for less cheese we got thatbut there's no tomato sauce on the pizza at all. Very dry and cold. Hard is an understatement. I can say nothing good about it.Also got garlic knots and their heart is a brick. This is the second time that this has happened but won't be a third. Theyreally need to evaluate their product what they're sending out and their employees except for the driver. Never will ever orderanything from this restaurant again. They always call and cancel our order (no driver, belt broke, not taking more orders) or say that they are out of something (... even something basic like onions). Very unreliable. Food is meh. Ordered two pizzas and only one was delivered. The pizza had pork on it and we have a pork allergy. We called about the pizza... that was not delivered and all that was offered was a redelivery. They never offered anything for the inconvenience and wasquite short with us over the phone. When that pizza arrived forty minutes later, it was burnt.
