Waited over 2 hours for my food, and could not get anyone one the phone to get a refund. I had to drive to the store, and when I... told them what I was there for, they handed me the food that had been sitting there. When I said I wanted a refund I wasinformed that I could not have the pizza, which was fine given the time and the state of the store and staff. The person at theregister walked up with his pants half off, vaping while he was talking to me. They weren't busy, and nobody was on the phone,so I have to assume incompetence. There were not apologies, or even recognition of what had occurred. I would not eat hereagain, even for free, after seeing the inside of this store. Read more
Don?t order from this Pizza Hut. I made an order and was given a delivery time of 25 to 35 minutes and I?m still waiting on my... order. I called the store after 1 hour and was told my order was on the way and here it is a day later and I?m still waiting.Poor customer service. We ordered a pizza yesterday and paid for it online on the pizza hut website.. when my husband went to pick it up..they were... CLOSED! No lights, doors locked, NO EMPLOYEES! Website did not indicate they were closed and I received a confirmation emailthat my order would be ready at 4:50pm!! But my bank account was charged for the order! Lawyers Rd Mint Hill location... Too bad I can't give them zero stars. Placed a simple order for their take out special three times, each time sent back to the... home page. Never received any confirmation that the order had been received until I get the request from Pizza Hut to rate theirperformance and food. Performance: Extremely poor. Food. What food? I will never order from here again. It's always absolutely terrible service. I ordered a pizza, wings, bread sticks etc nearly... two hours ago and haven't seen anyone yet. The tracker says it's still being made. I've called the store 3 times already and noone ever picks up the phone, I just get hung up in eventually and have to call back. This is completely unacceptable. I see whythis location has so many negative reviews now. Just a terrible experience every time I order from here this will be the lasttime. I'd rather make a DiGiorno at home and not have to deal with this. Read more
The service at this location is HORRIBLE! The store manager said her name was "Tiffany Davis", but I'm not sure that was... probably not true. The pizza was minutes late when I called and had been sitting waiting on a driver for 45 minutes and stillhadn't been picked up. I asked for a full refund and was told they would only give me store credit. I told them I wasn't comingback to this location and did not need store credit and was told i could not get my money back. I asked for who i could speakto about this since the store manager said she couldn't do refunds and she said I should go online and look up a number to calland complain. Hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in YEARS and I"m clearly reminded as to why today. Read more
Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. We live in the area and have used this place alot over the years. The last two times... have been terrible. The prices go up and up, the service goes down and down. I am about ready to switch to Domino's. He'll evenfrozen pizza from the store will be cheaper and just as good. Got to the restaurant, parked in the curbside spot (right in front of the store). Selected on the app that i arrived and waited... for 5-6 minutes, the ?manager? was smoking outside of the store (so he saw me), the front person is just standing behind theregister watching his phone. I have my baby sleeping in the car (that?s why i chose curbside). Called the restaurant twice andgot no answer. My food was sitting there, it was ready. When i told him that i was waiting right in front of his face he said Ididn't see you. Manager standing next to him at this point and didn?t even apologize. Got home (6 minutes away) my pizza iscold, undercooked and my wings were burned and super hard. Read more
