I haven't been to one of their locations in years. I was reminded today when I went with a friend. Help mostly had hair that... looked like it wasn't washed for a week. Place was dirty. I ordered the fried chicken blt salad. It was amazing, the portion was more than enough and the customer service was excellent.... The salad was beautifully made, everything was fresh, the onions, cucumbers,bacon and chicken was crispy and for the price itwas more than worth it. Will definitely be returning. Read more
I was disappointed. I love Showmars, but the guy at the counter was new I believe and he took forever taking our order, didn't... repeat it back and still got stuff wrong. The food was just so so as well. My chicken pita didn't have enough of the yummy pitasauce and my other half got the shrimp and said it wasn't good at all. Not sure what happened this time, but hoping it was afluke because I really do enjoy them. Read more
Went with my BFF. She ordered a burger, some veggies, and one other item I can't remember. I ordered a gyro and a side of fries... to take home to one of my kiddos. He loves their gyros. I ordered extra meat but the kid forgot to ring it up (he was new, NOTcomplaining). I was going to pay for it but the waitress brought out the portion and said not to worry about it. I didn't expectit. I asked to please make sure the kid didn't get in trouble. He did get everything else right (my son is particular. He likeshis gyros plain, tzatziki sauce on the side so he can dip his gyro into it). Service is pretty quick overall too. Read more
I visited this location and went to the counter to place my order. The lady with long dreadlocks who took my order was using her... cell phone while I was deciding what items to order. Each time I paused, she picked up her phone and continued to scroll throughwhatever it was she was interested in. Her behavior was rude and it seemed as though I was interrupting HER time. I love thefood here and have never experienced this before probably because I use the app most of the time. I'm the Manager of a Retailestablishment and have fired employees on the spot for this behavior. I did call after I left and spoke with Laney? He told methat this was an ongoing issue with this particular employee and apologized. There is another location near me and I willprobably use it from now on. Read more
Went to dinner for dine in and dining area was filthy with trash on the floor that hadn?t been swept up. Saw an employee... emptying trash and walk just by it. Thought maybe would come back and sweep and they didn?t. I ordered the pita burger withfries and it came out cold. I returned it to get a fresh order which did come out piping hot. It was good but the fact they gaveme a cold burger in the first place was not a good look. Read more
