If the staff spent the same amount of time making the drinks probably and getting them out to the customer, as well as they do... standing around and talking while my drink just sits on the counter halfway made, then I would?ve left more stars. Had to askwhere my drink was and they then finished it, when I was handed my drink, the girl spilled it then wiped it with a weird babywipe where I would drink from. so I had her remake it, this time it was covered in caramel and I left with sticky hands I?msurprised is didn?t have any flies Stuck to them by the time I got to my car. Love this Starbucks! Located in the Harris teeter the staff is always accommodating. My drink is always made correctly as well.... Did you know you can also purchase Starbucks syrups? Love that I can do that to have my favorite coffee drink during the week inthe comfort of my home. Read more
The times that I have come here, 2/4 times the espresso machine has been "down" and I haven't been able to get the coffee that I... wanted. I'm not going to this location again for a long time. I'll hope that maybe they get it together because this is themost convenient location for me. I'm guessing it's because a manager or the local district manager doesn't want to spend themoney to fix the machine. You're losing customers this way, figure it out. Read more
