Bread was bad. My kids had few bites and said ?this sandwich is gross? Be careful at this place
They don?t accept any paper coupons we get in the mail.
The hours on their door are not correct. They say 9:30. Came at 8:40 and walked into the unlocked door and the employees said... they were closed and wouldn't serve us. Maybe call before you make the trip there or just take your business elsewhere where thehours posted are accurate and customer service is better. Read more
The establishment was very clean. The young women who helped with my 3 sandwiches were professional. They didnt accept their own... coupons which I found ubsurd. Overall experience 5 stars. I?ve been to a few subways in Charlotte and never have I ran into a problem to where I?m having to show my ID when picking up... an order I placed online ! Made me feel super uncomfortable and I will never come here again. Terrible! Read more

Probably one of the better subways not going to lie. Place is always clean and when it gets busy they always make your sandwich... fast no matter the line. I'm guessing management is good since there's at least 2 people working at a time. Staff reallyfriendly. Recommend ???????? Read more
I arrived at the subway at 8:36 and the doors were already locked. Maybe you should update the time to 8:30 instead of 9.
