I got this catered over this past weekend and Lisa-Marie was absolutely wonderful. She called me after I initially placed my... order the following day to check and make sure the order was taken correctly by the employee. She made sure that every detailwas taken care of. My mom was actually the one to pick up the order and it was ready promptly and my mom said they were so kindand happy to help her. Besides the wonderful service- the food is just so so delicious. words can?t express how well Lisa the manger and the staff work together during a crazy rush hour. Mrs. Mara not only gave... encouragement and thanks to the staff while she guided them which structure. On top of that it was a 45 min wait and she keptthe customers happy while waiting! I have been to this establishment 5 times. The first time I came in with my dad who was out of town. The owner engaged us and... was friendly and kind. I came in a few days later without my dad, and she remembered me and my dad amidst the craziness ofserving a ton of customers. The burgers are good. The price is fine. AMAZING!!! I was truly surprised at how good this food was. I love fried pickles and onion rings, and the ones at Wayback... Burgers were so good I had to stop myself from ordering some to go after we ate. Absolute perfection. The burger I got wasdelicious, and my partner said his Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was the best he's ever had. I'll definitely be back. A lot. Read more
I've ordered from this place about five times. I do remember this is the third order that I've gotten from them that nothing was... right. My bad. French fries Stone Cold and hard as a brick unable edible. I stood there waiting for my order to be finished. Myorder was finished but had not been wrapped up. A young woman behind the counter was debating with the young man at the registerabout who was going to wrap the order. She had already started wrapping the order when she told him to come over and do it whichfinally got done and my cold fries were dumped in the bag. I got two large drinks sweet tea. Somebody had definitely putunsweetened tea in the sweet tea dispenser. I didn't have time to wait for them to re-fix anything I was on a timeline. Thenonsense that was going on behind the counter was like romper room. It just seemed like a bunch of unruly kids not that theywere rude playing around behind the counter. I think when I called back I talked to who was the manager on duty and I'm prettysure she was a young woman who was rapping the food to begin with debating with the young man at the register about him doingit. The service was lackluster the food was lackluster the hamburgers weren't even right. There was no consistency to fixing theburgers both burgers had lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cheese with mayonnaise. One Burger had no mayonnaise a half a tomato anda huge freaking piece of lettuce and the motherload of onions dumped on it. The other Burger which was a double had four or fivelittle pieces of chopped onion. One little teeny piece of lettuce and three pickles mayonnaise was nowhere to be found. It wasjust disgraceful if I'd had time to go back the time I would have asked them to remake the order. My mistake for going back butI won't make that mistake again. Unfortunately for us we went on a day where I guess they had a lot of Uber eats orders. There was only one other table sitting... in there and we both waited close to 25 mns for our food which is kind of a lot for the burgers we got. The customer service wasokay, they forgot to add sauce to my burger and the person I asked directed me to the bottom of my bun which was backwards onthe plate..still no sauce. But had no issue giving me an extra one. The burgers are okay, pretty subpar. This is not a place youcome to get the ?best burger in town? but if you?re in a pinch and want something slighter better than Burger King, yes Irecommend. Read more
Excellent overall experience. Ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and Chili Cheese Fries. Loved that you can create your own... sandwich. Loved the Cajun Remoulade sauce. You gotta try it. Paul was a big help in helping me decide what to order. Veryprofessional and pleasant. Will be back!! Read more
