Even though on the door they have the lobby hours to end at 10pm I watched a employee quickly walk to the doors and lock them... when I parked at about 9pm. I get locking them maybe 5 to 10 minutes early but an entire hour early is ridiculous. Also, theemployees don't even know if their store accepts the coupons for Wendy's sent out in the mail. Furthermore, for the past fewtimes I've gotten food from this location the employee's that I interacted with all had bad attitudes. Read more
Went to the drive thru to order told me there taking cash only. That ok. Literally went to the harristetter across the street... to get cash. Only took 5 minutes. Came back and now they telling me that there not taking any orders at all. You should?ve toldme that 5 mins ago. And if your machine not working why are you open? Read more

This routinely is a bad restaurant and we like Wendy's. Today was the end. I went to drive thru trying to use app to get free... single with order. App was not working. Guy at drive thru was rude. Said it was an app problem not his problem and I was notgetting my free burger. I said I would order my biggie bag in app and you guys know you're giving away singles just make one.Nope...I then said could I come in or drive up and show him... nope... could I talk to manager... nope.. They have like three kids working? the food looks like trash. The employees aren?t polite and make you feel awkward or like... they?re just in the back playing instead of being professional. Been there for breakfast, and it was pretty good. Lunch or dinner is a different story. The food was way off. Not what you would... expect from Wendy's. Sandwich was not very good. I went in to get my food and it was still on the cool side. It's like theworkers were not really paying attention to what they were doing.
