SLOW. This must be the slowest McDonald's in Michigan. It's nothing to have only 3 cars in line and wait 10-20 minutes. That's... with an empty cafeteria. Food is McDonald's food. Here I've gotten cold fries multiple times. Don't waste your time unlessyou've got time to waste. Read more
As always, getting ready to make 3 hour trip home, this is the only thing open, and have been in drive thru for over 20 minutes... and 5 trucks in front of me. Not sure why the staff cannot handle this location. You will be frustrated for sure. So take a deepbreath, it's going to be a long one. Read more

Someone in management decided to close the building and have an all employees meeting at 9 a.m. with both drive-thru lines three... cars deep and with no warning whatsoever. I understand needs arise but there are better ways to run a business when people aredepending on quick service for a variety of reasons. Read more
Terrible service which you can blame management for. Now the fact that the shake machine is Always broke down and the coffee... machine is broken or being cleaned or they don't want to sell this after machine is cleaned so they can make sure they arewalking out the door at closing time. If I owned this place I'd care just a little bit more. The employees will tell you that he(owner)doesn't. Went to this location over the last weekend and man are the employees poorly trained in customer service. Had an employee named... Alex working as presenter who started to insult me and my clothes because I was trying to get my order fixed. I had ordered 2mcdoubles and had received 2 cheeseburgers wrapped in McDonald's. The manager trainee and manager refused to give me my refund.I highly recommend that you stay away from this location. The General/store manager should be ashamed that they have employeeson staff that treat guest so poorly. Read more
The fries were like brand new and super good, and I will always love the frozen fanta blue raspberry.
